Recall work
I was impressed with Kevin at the service desk. He was polite and really helpful from the second I walked in the door. Set up the rental car made sure they gave me a Ford and not something else. His manners are extremely good and it is refreshing to see a service writer like that.
I work as a mechanic in a public shop and have see a lot of service writers. He really knows what he is doing and is very good to deal with.

Weather strip repair
Purchased new 2022 Platinum F350. Initially went in d/t tailgate step having issues from the factory. They fixed it but ended up w/scratched interior door handle. Went in for dealer installed Line-X and door handle repair. Dealer did not do Line-X as requested. Door handle trim repaired but new gouge on dash. Mentioned this to dealer but declined repair over concern such a large repair would end with torn leather seat or worse. Also noticed top of door weather strip had tear. Set up appointment, went in only to be told they ordered wrong part. Burned up my day and fuel. Dealer offered to fuel tank after complaint. I declined. Second time going in for door weather strip replacement but didn’t leave without new damage to door finish. Repairman gouged door panel adhesive and paint during weather strip repair. During my visit to the dealership I stopped by the parts counter asked about parts and received list. Called back to confirm parts to be ordered and was told part numbers were incorrect. I asked for email w/proper parts and received 2008 schematic. What is going on w/this dealership?!! Sales department was great but it ends there!! Side note, Line-X was completed as requested 2 months later. The service managers seem to be sincere in their concern over everything that has occurred this far.

Painless Service
My service advisor was on point. Explained everything clearly and did not over-promise. I appreciated the shuttle ride to and from the dealership and could tell from my conversation with both my drivers that they worked for a good company.

Amazing service
I had my 2nd great experience at this dealership. This time I worked with Kevyn and he was amazing. He took the time to listen to my elaboration of the issue I had with my car and he made sure my concerns were addressed. He assisted me quickly and I was amazed that I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a quick dealership experience in my life. Throughout the day he kept me updated on the results of the diagnostic and the solution which I appreciated. At the pick up of my vehicle he was thorough and walked me through the paperwork. Once again I was in and out quickly which was great beck I was actually in a hurry. Kevyn was so friendly, knowledgeable and I appreciate his great customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for all of my vehicle needs.

Service is fine. Pricing not so much
I brought my truck in for an issue with water leaking underneath the dash, and some weird electrical issues that I was pretty confident were related (they were). The service people were very nice, and explained there would be an inspection fee. Now, it may be that because I was going on 24+ hours without sleep due to a nontraditional work schedule, but I didn't realize that there would be 3 separate $100 inspection fees, for what turned out to be all related to the leaking water. I understand that the problem stemmed from shoddy workmanship on a windshield replacement, and as such I understand the subsequent problems would not be covered by the factory warranty. I just find it excessive to charge a customer multiple inspection fees, for what is all one related matter. I have never experienced this with any other vehicle I've owned, at any other repair shop or dealership, and I find it disappointing . I appreciate the relatively quick service and the fact that my truck is back up and running (although I have to bring it back to get the new door code as it was changed and I can not use the keypad on the door now, as well as my old spare key no longer works which is a little annoying) but I am not happy about the extra inspection fees. I'm happily not in as financially tight of a place as I used to be, but it still doesn't feel good to be handed a much larger bill than expected.

Above and beyond
Water had gotten into the door and was causing problems with the locks after they washed the truck. I called the Tyler at 7am because I couldn't get into my truck. He offered to come.get me and take me to work so that I would not be late. The locks ended up working and I was able to get to work. However, Tyler picked up my truck from work and took it back to have it looked at. They ended up taking apart the doors and replaced all the gasket.and any other part that would allow moisture inside to cause problems. They kept my truck over night and Tyler did offer to get me a rental or another way to work the following day, but I did not need it. That night they called me and the truck was done, sooner than I expected and I picked it up the next morning. Everything has been great and the people at MIke White Ford are the best, they really treat you right.

I had issues but not no more!!!
The dealership is great! however I had a not so great experience with my visit my truck was hit by the auto roll up door that came down on the back of my truck while I waited for the car in front of me to get moving fwd. it needs some small body and paint work the damage the dealer is going to make it up to me by doing all the repairs! And the original reason I came in for was also fixed!

Timely work done in a professional manner
My 2016 F350 (purchased in 2018 as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle) developed an oil leak from the upper oil pan, and the front 4x4 hubs had gotten very difficult to turn. Both problems were solved without question of issue thanks to my purchase of a Ford extended warranty.

Fast, easy, problem solved.
Few months ago, brought in my 99' Crown Vic for brake work. Had horrible screeches after the service, and then got so sick I had to delay coming in to have it sorted. Brought it in, and they had the old gal smooth and silent again in no time. No fuss, no hassle, just a super friendly team.

And while waiting for things to be completed, the waiting area was comfortable, well lit, and the staff there were super nice too. Top quality.

Met with him after the roll up door hit my truck. Re assured me it would be handled correctly. The service job took twice to fix. However made it right on the second visit. Ended up spending over $400 that I wasn’t anticipating on based on his recommendation. So give this young man 5 start on the morning meeting! (Juan Icaza)
