I would like to Thank Kevin for his Outstanding Customer Care. Took car in for maintenance work, and they discovered I had an oil leak. Kevin got on the phone and explained what was going on. I got my car back 9 days later, and it runs better than when I bought it 4yrs ago. :)

Best In Class Experience
My service lane manager Kevyn Erbe was professional and efficient. He met and exceeded my every expectation when I entrusted my 2018 F150 to Mike White Ford for repair.

I was frustrated with the constant issues I was having with a door recall (latch would not work in freezing temperatures), especially being the second F150 I’ve owned having the same problem. Additionally my center console (infotainment system) also stopped working, including all USB charging ports linked to that console. This happened literally just outside of my warranty.

As if things couldn’t get any worse, an undercarriage shield panel (below driver) popped off and was affecting the flow of air under the vehicle and causing my fuel consumption to skyrocket.

The leadership at Mike White and Ford Motor Company should thank Kevyn for his handling of my situation because I was seriously considering never buying another Ford. I would have switched brands because I can. Kevyn’s professionalism and work ethics kept me as a customer and I want his leadership team to know this.

Kudos to Mike White Ford for retaining such talent. I hope this review will inspire others within the franchise to emulate Kevyn’s efforts at earning and securing one loyal customer at a time.

Upon arriving was greeted quickly and with courtesy. Repair time was less than projected. Check out was quick and easy. Comfortable waiting area as well.

Greeted right away and treated with respect.
They took my truck right back and repaired the seat and returned it to me in less than an hour. Also stated if I had anymore trouble with it to bring it right back and they would get it taken care of.

Great Service
I have been a customer with ford for a long. Even though it has changed hands a few times, most of the same people are there and they do a Great Service and I will stay a customer as long as I still get the great service from your service department!

Techs are polite, friendly, knowledgeable.
I could not have had a better experience!
Everything was in order when I arrived, check in was fast.
Checkout was equally seamless. Everything was explained thoroughly.

Got me in and out fast and efficiently
Service was great the only thing I would say is to let people know how long the job is going to take when setting up the appointment. I had no idea it might take all day for the recall and a simple thing like that on setting up the appointment would have helped me plan my day differently. Otherwise excellent service and fast as can be.

Recall work
I was impressed with Kevin at the service desk. He was polite and really helpful from the second I walked in the door. Set up the rental car made sure they gave me a Ford and not something else. His manners are extremely good and it is refreshing to see a service writer like that.
I work as a mechanic in a public shop and have see a lot of service writers. He really knows what he is doing and is very good to deal with.

Weather strip repair
Purchased new 2022 Platinum F350. Initially went in d/t tailgate step having issues from the factory. They fixed it but ended up w/scratched interior door handle. Went in for dealer installed Line-X and door handle repair. Dealer did not do Line-X as requested. Door handle trim repaired but new gouge on dash. Mentioned this to dealer but declined repair over concern such a large repair would end with torn leather seat or worse. Also noticed top of door weather strip had tear. Set up appointment, went in only to be told they ordered wrong part. Burned up my day and fuel. Dealer offered to fuel tank after complaint. I declined. Second time going in for door weather strip replacement but didn’t leave without new damage to door finish. Repairman gouged door panel adhesive and paint during weather strip repair. During my visit to the dealership I stopped by the parts counter asked about parts and received list. Called back to confirm parts to be ordered and was told part numbers were incorrect. I asked for email w/proper parts and received 2008 schematic. What is going on w/this dealership?!! Sales department was great but it ends there!! Side note, Line-X was completed as requested 2 months later. The service managers seem to be sincere in their concern over everything that has occurred this far.

Painless Service
My service advisor was on point. Explained everything clearly and did not over-promise. I appreciated the shuttle ride to and from the dealership and could tell from my conversation with both my drivers that they worked for a good company.
