Took care of everything plus found a safety issue , as well.
I came in with a rather difficult engine problem to diagnose....the technician was,fortunately, able to find the problem and the part was available. During my oil change service a serious brake problem was discovered and the part was ordered immediately.

Great service
My appt was for a recall but they still checked my car over and made several suggestions for items that needed attention. They called and went over all items completely and were able to take care of these extra things while my car was in the shop. Prompt service and prompt checkout when I picked up my car. Service guy went over all items and answered our questions in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.

The problem was not detected by shop!
I was a little disappointed that they didn’t replace the fuel pump I know before that was the problem but because it was working they wouldn’t replace it so that will be stuck somewhere out in the boonTuleys without the fuel pump working.

Service appointment for recall
I had my Maverick recall serviced yesterday. Customer service at Mike White Ford has been excellent, from the time we bought the truck, as well as the service appointments I’ve had. Everyone there that I’ve dealt with, both on the phone as well as in person, has been very attentive and pleasant to work with. I’m very pleased with this dealership.

Poor Communication
Mike White's service department left my office a message on Tuesday afternoon. so I called back when business hours reopened Wednesday morning and could not reach my service tech. i continued to call 2 more times that day to reach my service tech and never received a call back. went in the next day to just see them in person and the tech tried to put the blame on me for the delay in the truck being finished. claimed that he called and never heard back.

Engine light on
I took my F350 to Mike White Ford because the engine light was on. They took it in and did their troubleshooting and found a EGR issue that was under recall and fixed it at no charge. As usual they did a excellent job. Always like dealing with Mike White Ford!!

Easy and efficient
Had some recall work done on the brakes of my pickup. Check in was quick and shortly after, they had me in a shuttle back to my home. I was notified when the work was done and the shuttle arrived at my house and returned me to the dealership. Everyone I had contact with was polite and professional.

I would like to Thank Kevin for his Outstanding Customer Care. Took car in for maintenance work, and they discovered I had an oil leak. Kevin got on the phone and explained what was going on. I got my car back 9 days later, and it runs better than when I bought it 4yrs ago. :)

Best In Class Experience
My service lane manager Kevyn Erbe was professional and efficient. He met and exceeded my every expectation when I entrusted my 2018 F150 to Mike White Ford for repair.

I was frustrated with the constant issues I was having with a door recall (latch would not work in freezing temperatures), especially being the second F150 I’ve owned having the same problem. Additionally my center console (infotainment system) also stopped working, including all USB charging ports linked to that console. This happened literally just outside of my warranty.

As if things couldn’t get any worse, an undercarriage shield panel (below driver) popped off and was affecting the flow of air under the vehicle and causing my fuel consumption to skyrocket.

The leadership at Mike White and Ford Motor Company should thank Kevyn for his handling of my situation because I was seriously considering never buying another Ford. I would have switched brands because I can. Kevyn’s professionalism and work ethics kept me as a customer and I want his leadership team to know this.

Kudos to Mike White Ford for retaining such talent. I hope this review will inspire others within the franchise to emulate Kevyn’s efforts at earning and securing one loyal customer at a time.

Upon arriving was greeted quickly and with courtesy. Repair time was less than projected. Check out was quick and easy. Comfortable waiting area as well.

Greeted right away and treated with respect.
They took my truck right back and repaired the seat and returned it to me in less than an hour. Also stated if I had anymore trouble with it to bring it right back and they would get it taken care of.

I have been a customer with ford for a long. Even though it has changed hands a few times, most of the same people are there and they do a Great Service and I will stay a customer as long as I still get the great service from your service department!

Everything was in order when I arrived, check in was fast.
