Great customer service!!
Christian spent a lot of time with me on the phone answering all of my questions about the repair needed for my F-150. I really participated that! The work done on the truck seems fine and I feel they were very honest about what needed to be done.
They are definitely changing the negative thoughts I have had about dealers taking advantage of people .

First, I am very pleased with my F-150 truck. I have taken it to Parker Ford for service on more than one occasion and was pleased with the staff and the service performed. In this case, however, I have some issues to address. First the hood latch to the engine compartment was left open. Luckily it didn't come loose on my drive home. Second the drivers seat and headrest was moved to extreme angles which made it difficult for me to even get into the truck. It would be nice if the service department would return the driver's seat to its original setting prior to returning to the customer. Otherwise the quality of work performed was excellent and I am pleased with the service provided. I would have given a 5-star rating if it wasn't for the issues noted above.

No repairs were completed, I was told nothing is wrong with my vehicle. They had my vechile most of the day, did not call when the service was completed as they said they would. My vehicle is still not running correctly.

Great Warranty Service
I had to have the dash pad replaced in my 2015 F-150 XLT because it was peeling up on the front edge. Christian just handled everything including the rental car. It was all done under warranty and completed as scheduled in 2 full days. Excellent job by all involved, thank you!

Fast and friendly service
When I drove in I was immediately greeted by a service writer. I was offered a ride back to my house and within a few hours my car was ready. I picked it up that same day. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I could see everyone working hard to make their customers happy. Great job guys and gals. Keep it up.

I received great service from the dealership during a recent visit including clear communication about what was going on, a genuine desire to make sure I understood what was needed, and a team that did everything to get my car out when I needed it.

Ed Baker, the service manager and Rachel a service adviser.
Ed Baker, the service manager actually gets involved and extends himself to try to do his best to serve the customers, at least that was my experience. Rachel has worked with me several times and has gone out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with my results. The Dealership is pretty awesome.

1st time at Parker Ford service center.
The service staff was very friendly and helpful!! I was an add on for service and they treated me like I was very important. It was a small job and they treated it like it was important. Christian was especially helpful and took time with me. Will be back again.

Scheduled my 3 rd appointment
Christian Hanson was very professional and aware of my time issues.
3 hours at dealership service Dept and check engine light back on an hour after I left shop.
Maybe mechanics need to focus on one vehicle at a time instead of 20. More productive in the long run.
