John, we want to apologize for the shuttle delay. We normally have customers waiting for no longer than 15 minutes on shuttle rides. Your wait was a very unusual occurrence but that doesn't make it okay by any means.
We have dozens of staff members that are happy to give rides if we know that there are any time sensitive matters. We apologize for the lack of communication.
We simply don't have the volume of customer requiring rides to sustain two full time drivers quite yet, but we're hoping to add another in the long term. Thank you for choosing Mike White Ford! We look forward to serving you again in the future!
