Flawless customer service
Between Randy Claflin, Tyler Ishak and Christian in the service department, CDA. They made my experience seamless. I appreciate all the hard work they put into helping me get my truck fixed right and on short notice, the same day as the drop off. Thanks for everything.

Service work
Christian was a great help, after describing the sound and details of my truck problem, he knew exactly what it was and even more excited to hear it was covered under warranty. I have had my truck back for 3 days and the problem has been corrected. I know many times when you have a weird sound, it may take several attempts of diagnostics. It's great to have good experienced help

Quick, informative, friendly
From start to finish I was able to schedule an oil appointment for two cars and was able to pull in right away get the work done, relax with a vanilla cappuccino, get online, continue working and out the door with no issues - Twice. The technician walked through the basic aspects of both vehicles and possible to concerns to look for in the future.

There was no guff about my appt or drop off of "Edward"
The loaner was good
When I got my car, it was clean & no tell tell signs of "Edward" being worked

Still don't pay attention to the details.
I had the car serviced and the PCM reprogrammed and right after I got home and then restarted the car the change oil soon light is on, So it was never reset, Would not be an issue if I was just down the street but I am not.
Why is it so hard to do a proper and complete job when servicing a vehicle?

I've taken my truck in 3 times over the last couple of months to rectify the issue I was having with it. It was a process of trial and error and the 3rd time was a charm. I cant say enough about Christian, he was exceptional every time. He always kept in contact w/ status updates. He even went out of his way the last time to provide me with a loaner with the anticipation it make take them a few days to fix the issue. They are a fantastic group!

Door latches
Christian was great to work with but fords got some shit to work out with on there door latches. 75,000 dollars is a lot for a truck and it not a good design when there was 6 different trucks in there today. Figure it out!!!
