I've taken my truck in 3 times over the last couple of months to rectify the issue I was having with it. It was a process of trial and error and the 3rd time was a charm. I cant say enough about Christian, he was exceptional every time. He always kept in contact w/ status updates. He even went out of his way the last time to provide me with a loaner with the anticipation it make take them a few days to fix the issue. They are a fantastic group!

Door latches
Christian was great to work with but fords got some shit to work out with on there door latches. 75,000 dollars is a lot for a truck and it not a good design when there was 6 different trucks in there today. Figure it out!!!

The dealership was willing to negotiate and work to make the deal work and me a very happy customer. Juan's philosophy that the customer should get a minute of undivided supreme service for every dollar spent is a good one. I look forward to redeeming my remaining balance of 78,580. Thank you again. Great customer service, Christian Hanson was great to work with!
Brought my f350 in for a shimmy in the rear end, found out my tire was starting to separate. Christian and his techs were able to locate the issue and was able to get the tire under partial warranty. Also had my oil changed at the same time. Thanks Christian and Mike White Ford for a job well done!!!

Great service...shuttle car service..not so much...
I recently had my Ford Ranger in for service and needed shuttle service for a ride back to my work. I had to wait 50 minutes for a shuttle ride. I would recommend adding another shuttle car/driver. Most Ford Dealerships I have been to have at least two drivers at all times.

John, we want to apologize for the shuttle delay. We normally have customers waiting for no longer than 15 minutes on shuttle rides. Your wait was a very unusual occurrence but that doesn't make it okay by any means.

We have dozens of staff members that are happy to give rides if we know that there are any time sensitive matters. We apologize for the lack of communication.

We simply don't have the volume of customer requiring rides to sustain two full time drivers quite yet, but we're hoping to add another in the long term. Thank you for choosing Mike White Ford! We look forward to serving you again in the future!

Yet ANOTHER Mis-Diagnosis
Took our car in for a recall repair. While fixing it, they broke a part that they didn't have. Brought it back later only to find the part wasn't really in. Took it back again and had to be given a loaner because they couldn't get it fixed. Weeks for a simple replacement part and never a single apology. Then took my truck in because it smokes. Diagnosed as bad glow plugs. Almost a thousand dollars later, still just as bad. Went to a real diesel mechanic and was told it was the injectors. Explained very clearly why and how to fix. Waste of money at Mike White. Took another truck to Mike White to check for an oil leak. Was told they had two or three master technicians look at it and confirmed it was a bed plate leak that could be fixed for more than $4,400. Took it to a diesel mechanic and after just five minutes determined it was the rear seal on the transmissions and definitely not the bed plate. Showed me why it was not a bed plate leak and that the engine would not need to be pulled like Mike White wanted to do. I really miss Lake City Ford. I like Ford products, but since there are no good service centers in either CDA or Sandpoint, it makes me want to go to another brand.
