Chris was awesome!!
Service advisor Chris is a valuable asset to this dealership. He knows the true meaning of excellent service. He recommended a loaner because detail couldn't get to my headlights. I told him I could just come back. He insisted because he didn't want to inconvenience me. Put me in a beautiful 2020 loaded Sonata. Loved it!!! Thank you Chris!!!

AGAIN, another excellent service experience. Work done on time and for the stated amount to include the call that I received advising of an additional cost for work necessary for inspection passage.

Chris Deen is the best service technician/front end guy that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Be sure that you do whatever it takes to keep him there.

A long wait
Chris Deen, the service rep, has always been excellent. No complaints. However, the service team took much longer than normal. And taking a lunch break in the middle of it didn't help. I would think the lunch break could be staggered for service crews, i.e., upon completion of the job at hand.

Customer interaction is totally professional
I was in and out in less time than told. The waiting area was very comfortable & clean. People were quite courteous and even though I was there for a no charge inspection, I was given a voucher for a local car wash. They would normally do the wash but were backed up. Nice customer relations.

Great customer service
I find their Service Department to always be courteous and efficient. I've owner this car since 2012 and they have always endeavored to do any service or repairs in an expeditious manner. They also believe in contacting their customers to keep them up to date. While their service isn't cheap (what dealer is?) I feel you get a good value for your money and I know that Hyundai Service will stand behind their repairs. I have had a couple of emergency repairs and they have always accommodated me very quickly. Need to have your tire pressure checked or the windshield washer bottle refilled? No problem just stopping by and they will take care of it. Parkway Hyundai Service is excellent in my opinion.
