Clutch put In my car
Had to take my car back serval time because of the lack of power and it jerking really bad for them to tell me every time nothing wrong with it that’s cause no lights on the dash and finally lights came on my dash they fixed the lights and return my car and tell me it’s run like a new one and I pull out the parking lot and it’s jerking worse then when I toke it to them so I get back up with the. Take it to them next morning for them to tell me it past there test the first time and then failed the second time and they said needed new clutch so brung it back to have that done and then had to go back and forth about the payment
It’s that they try to do the least they have to to your vehicle and tell you that they did it all that they were supposed to do
I would diff b careful taking ur vehicle here to get serviced

Service experience
My service rep, Chris was excellent in his hard work with getting the warranty co. to honor the parts and repairs needed. He is very conscientious about what he does.
However, my car came back with brake issues that it did not have when brought in for service. Pretty troubling. Should probably have been road tested a little bit better as brakes are kind of important when you want to stop the car.
No big deal as I have been assured that the problems will be addressed and corrected.
Overall my experience so far has been positive for now.

Everyone here has been phenomenal. From the salesman that I bought my car from, to the service department. Chris was fantastic with keeping me updated as my car’s engine was replaced, taking care of the inspection, and getting it finished as soon as they could. Professional, kind, and just all around amazing. I’ll never stop raving about Parkway Hyundai, y’all are amazing!

I have used Parkway Hyundai service for a number of years. I have always been pleased with the quality of the service and the friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. The facility makes it easy for you to leave your car and provide you with a ride to your office or home or even a shopping store like Costco. I think the staff works very hard to provide exceptional service and they do!
