Great!, Super!, Wonerful!
Everyone was very kind, considerate & efficient. I was able 2 spend afew min. With my adopted son (of the heart, Paul Jordon K.), which made my day. Sweet Terra, & all of the 'regular's', all made the visit that much nicer. I was so glad to see that the sofa/chair area had been returned. It is nice when having to wait.(I pray that all of these areas are being disinfected several times a day. Covid is back!) My service people were exceptionally kind, considerate efficient. I thank U for a lovely showroom, & for the kind people that you employ. It was not always this way. I have always been a Ford girl, except for a short lapse in '65, when I had a '65 Corvette, convertible, w/a 396 under the hood. U have a wonderful staff in the service in the service dept. A little over a month ago I needed to purchase new tires. They knew I am on a very tight budget and worked with me to ensure the new tires I needed so I can safely get to work, were affordable. 3 weeks later, something completely punctured one of the tires. They again reached a manageable solution to keep my kids and me safe on the roads.

Overall good
I’ve always had great service. Only downside this time around was I waited to get my truck more than 20 minutes after it was out of the shop and only then because I asked about it.
