Quick oil change
I was happily surprised to get my oil changed in my pickup in well under an hour. This facility is the only place that has changed my oil and it’s always done proficiently and professionally. The staff that does the check in are always polite and have all my information ready when I walk in.

Always fine service--a couple of "customer service" issues this time
Had an oil change appointment, and like always, excellent service. They even fixed a rear cab brake light that had burned out.

There were a couple of "customer service" issues that were a bit disappointing, however.

1) I made my appointment 2 weeks ago, and the person I made the appointment with said nothing about a fairly significant price increase for an oil change. In March the oil change was $58 and change (no tire rotation).. Today, when I checked in, I was told the price was $83 and change (no tire rotation).

A business certainly isn't required to let customers know about price increases--and to be fair I didn't ask when I made my appointment. However, a customer doesn't have much choice when you are standing at the counter and have scheduled time out of an already busy schedule for an oil change, I was just taken by surprise, I guess.

2) Service tech or driver left an oil/grease spot about the size of a quarter just in front of the driver's seat on the carpet just missing the floormat. Was a protective paper used?
I think I was able to clean it--will have to wait until tomorrow after the carpet dries to know for sure.

We genuinely apologize for the surprise price increase, however. Like everyone, we sometimes have to make changes in our pricing to reflect material cost increases, but we should have done more to keep you in the loop. We definitely want to make sure our customers feel prepared and informed when it comes to service costs. As for the oil spot, nobody wants to find that unwelcome addition on their carpet. We usually use protective covers to avoid these mishaps, so it's disappointing to hear we fell short in that area. We're glad you were able to tackle the cleanup. We'll be sharing your feedback with the team so we can up our game. Thank you for being part of the Mike White Ford family!

40K mile service
I went in for my 40K Mike service on my 2022 Mach E. Pretty uneventful. Not much maintenance on a Mach E. In and out in about 45 mins.

Easy and on time
This was the easiest process I’ve ever had for an oil change. Scheduling via my Ford app was a breeze. When I arrived they greeted me right away and everything went smoothly. They checked my fluid levels and changed my air filter and rotated my tires. Very pleased with the process!

I pre scheduled my oil change and it still took 1 1/2 hours the guys at the service area are not friendly and the cost for an oil change 90.00 absolutely insane

Stephanie, we apologize that your experience wasn't what we strive for. Our team usually provides a welcoming and friendly environment, so we are disappointed to hear that wasn't your experience. It looks like your oil change did take a little longer than our one hour estimate due to the additional work regarding the battery clips that you inquired about. This additional work was not quoted in our original time estimate and we apologize for not being more accurate.

In regard to the price of the oil change and tire rotation, our base price is a standard $69.95. That price provides for 6 quarts of oil, which is the standard for many vehicles. Your vehicle requires 10 quarts of oil, so there is an additional cost of $4.50 per quart of oil. We hope that this clarifies any questions that you may have.
