Awesome experience every time. I just wish the dealership would lower the cost of simple maintenance items like cabin filter. The service advisor said it would be 57 dollars and I can get it for 19. It’s a simple replacement. Otherwise

Install new tires
When planning to order tires, I was given excellent input on which tire would best fit my driving habits. No pressure, just good data and comparison. The service was excellent, especially when they were able to complete the job quickly so I could make it to another appointment that morning.

Some quirks + 1 concern but great overall experience
Your service team did a great job and was timely to finish amidst some quirks I'd like to share as well as one concern (since you asked). As a first-time customer, I showed up at 7am and my service order was not printed. My profile was neither setup correctly in the system. That had to be resolved, yet, I was still given a ride home rather quickly (thank you). Also, I do have a concern with the inspection feedback received. I made sure it was noted on my order that I replaced my cabin filter a week prior. However, on my service report, I was told it was it was in the yellow - this concerns me that your service techs are taking shortcuts, giving general or inaccurate information on things that are very important to be integral with observation and feedback on. It would be appreciated to tactfully address this somehow among the team responsible. Thanks for listening and thank you to Cole for being very welcoming.

Great except for one problem
I had an oil change and air filter change. Those went well. The challenge I have is with the tire sensors. They couldn't relearn them into my Escape? He told me I would have to buy new ones at $335, which is a lot for valve stems! I couldn't understand why they couldn't just reset these? Anyway the low air light is still on, even though I have sensors?

Oil changed, I hope!
I got the works, tires rotated/oil/psi adjusted. It took 1:45 of waiting, which I was appreciative that they told me at 1:15 it was going to take longer. When I got my bronco back I was flipping through settings and all of my psi was different (close, but off 1-2 from each other). This made me believe that they didn't actually check tire pressure and if they missed this, did they even rotate tires and or make other small errors. I hope not, but I'll never know.

Great service, just a little slow
Easy to set up an appointment online for "The Works" oil change. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive. The vehicle was returned in good condition as they use protective plastic to keep things clean. This is a second visit and unfortunately both times the service took longer than expected. I was not upset, just plan on at least hour and a half before the service is completed.

I left getting what u needed and expected
I made an appointment about a week in advance for "the works" maintenance package. Appointment at 11 am. They didn't start work on my car until 11:40 am. Took 2 hrs to complete, longer than I expected but....? Told me it would be $75 to $80 dollars, I initialed ok on form. As I was waiting I called service department and asked how much the works package was and the lady said $65, hmm? Service Advisor told me they weren't going to rotate my tires cuz they were staggered. This was not true and I said please rotate cuz thats why I came here wasvto have the worrks package done. Not sure how they got that confused, I've been there before. Then when they got done he told me everything was good, air cleaner was OK, I have a K & N airfilter, there's a sticker that says don't inspect. I've never had the mess around with my aircleaner but.....?

2 hrs later they were done and then ignored the fact that I had asked to talk to the service manager about a different question.

Otherwise, I will definitely come back but I will make sure to double check what they are doing just in case
