We have been faithful customers at Mike White Ford for more than 5 years. After a recent oil change I noticed a couple discrepancies and returned to the dealership and spoke to the service department supervisor. The manager was attentive, courteous, professional and genuinely listened to my concerns. I will continue to do business with Mike White Ford because of the outstanding leadership and teamwork I have witnessed.

Quick and efficient oil change
I almost always have a terrific service experience at Mike White Ford.

However, there have been a couple of times when I've asked for no sticker to be placed on the windshield, and it was on there anyway--that happened this time as well.

Another time, I had to remove and throw away the plastic seat cover and paper floormat that was used after service to drive my pickup to where I could leave with it.

Disappointed
I brought my vehicle into service that I dropped off the night before and deposited the keys in an envelope with instructions on the service requested - repair a leaking tire, rotate and balance all four tires. I purchased the four tires at your dealership this fall since you had the best price. I wrote that information on the drop-box envelope. One of the tires had a slow leak. I called in advance to ask if there are any complimentary services for tires if there are purchased at your dealership. I was told the repair and tire rotation were free. To balance all four was $39.95.

I received a call from your service department stating the slow leak was due to a leaking valve stem and the sensor attached. I was quoted over $100 for the repair. I advised the sensor appeared to be working since it was indicating the tire was low. I was advised that the sensor was leaking also and needed replacement. I advised I would handle the issue myself for that price.

When I picked up my vehicle, I was charged $12.95 for a technician to "look" at the tire and diagnose a leaking valve stem. I informed the Service person that I had purchased the tires there and the charge was taken off. Per my question, the tires were NOT rotated as I asked and I was charged $59.95 for the balancing. At this point I just paid the over-charge and left.

Now I have to take my time to rotate the tires myself. Per a phone call to America's tire, they will replace the leaking valve stem from free.

I was going to take my F150 to your dealership for an oil change as advertised in a coupon sent to me for $39.95. After this experience, I will perform the maintenance myself. We have four vehicles. When the next vehicle is due for tires, I will be purchasing them elsewhere along with any needed repairs.

I am beyond disappointed.

So A good deal with the mailed to me coupon, full oil and filter synthetic, tire rotation, check belts and fluids. They did note my tires were at the wear markers and were ready with a quote of three different cost of tires.

The service has slid lately
I got into my car and the steering wheel, shifter and parking brake were covered with grime. The parking brake handle was so bad that I had to use some car cleaner to get it off.

Frustrating wait to see if my car could be seen
I had an appointment but called to tell them I was running 10 min late. Was eventually told they were way behind and it would be better to just drop my car off on another day. The last time I came in with an appointment I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change. Guessing they are always running behind. I dropped it off when they suggested in the morning and was told they had no idea if they could get to my car. Was told maybe at the end of the day but also they didn’t finish all the cars from the day before so who knows. When I called back around 1:30 I was told they still had no idea if they could get to it and to call back later. When I called back at 4:30, was told he didn’t know but my service rep was not available and would would call back. Finally got a call back at 5 saying it was done. I understand the schedule is flexible and it’s all dependent on availability, but it’s frustrating to be given no information all day.

Took in for oil change and tire rotation. Performed service as requested. Asked about reset of the wrench light when it pops up for oil change due. The service writer and tech couldn’t explain and said next time it comes on swing by and they would show me how to reset.
