Check engine light. Ford app advised what the code was and service was able to schedule before limp mode activated. Job completed in timely manner. Satisfied.

I was told I had to bring my car in for a diagnostic for the auto-stop button not working before they could even tell me if it was covered by my warranty. It not only took all day, but an hour passed when they said it would be done I went back to check on it and it had only just been worked on. The driver side mirror now has a quirk too that it never had before, so not only is the now diagnosed button not working or covered, but I have a new issue. To be fair, they did do my scheduled maintenance in that time, but I am really not impressed.

Scheduled repair and added on needed brake work
Had a scheduled repair of a warranty mirror problem - knew I needed rear brakes done. Asked about availability today since I live > 1 hour away and they were able to accommodate me with just an extra 90 minutes. Amazing service - fair price - great communication - cannot recommend more highly.

I received a call from Cole at Mike White Ford. He apologized for my last experience at Ford. We talked for some time and he explained everything to me and we rescheduled another appointment for them to look at my brakes. He was very customer friendly. I have always had great service with Mike White Ford until dealing with AJ. I bought my F 150 from MWF. Very happy with it!

Ford service rep AJ - poor customer service
I spoke with AJ concerning my brake failure. He was a total jerk. Very disrespectful. I tried asking questions and he was rude and would cut me off. I have never dealt with anyone at Ford that ever talked like that. Everyone is very customer friendly. They all know how to deal with the public. AJ would benefit in getting some customer service training! Ashton Fowler took care of me when I picked up my truck. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. He definitely knows his customer service! A couple of days later my truck was making that loud noise again. But the brakes did not go to the floor like before. I called Ford and talk to Dan. I have dealt with Dan before and he is very nice and knows his job! Very customer friendly. I live out of town about an hour away. We set up another appointment to look at the brakes. I rated my service with AJ. Dan & Ashton would both get 5 stars from me!

The service department is Top Notch.
Friendly, quick and efficient! I would recommend buying a new Ford from Mike White Ford because of the elevated service experience. They will take care of you!

Total Fuel System Failure
My F350 Super Duty Diesel experienced a Catastrophic Fuel System Failure. My concern like anyone else was will my $80,000 truck get fixed or ever be the same.
I received a phone call from Chelsea and she explained everything the dealership (service) had done and what the were going to do. I can’t be happier - so far my truck is running great. Also, if you go to Mike White Ford to buy a new vehicle -ask for Curley he is a straight shooter!

I am relatively new to CDA and have been pleasantly impressed with the service I have received from the service department of Mike White Ford. I drive a 2020 Ford Ranger 4+4. My heater recently failed and the service department bent over backwards to get my truck into the shop. Very courteous and professional group of young men. Also a shout out to Lou much appreciated for the shuttle service. Now if you can only get Guinness beer in the waiting area??.

I asked to have a vibration investigated. On their advice, I had the motor mount fixed. Unfortunately, the vibration is still occurring.
