Great experience with sales man John Mercado

I love the car, it drives smooth, great on gas. Love the safety that are in placed for my daughter. She’s a new drivers and The car let’s her know when she’s doing something wrong. My daughter feel safe and confident driving the car.

It shut off in the middle of driving

The high voltage connector for the Hybrid battery came unplugged while driving. I was told it happened on my last service. I never had a service with the car it was brand new off the lot. Love the car it drives smooth. 3000 miles we shouldn't have to worry about breaking down on the side of the road. As much as I like the car every time, I drive it I hope I can get home

Vehicle with great gas mileage

The sonata hybrid is a great vehicle if you want 500 miles to the tank. Great mileage and overall simple ride, but with style. Much larger in length than most cars though if considering parking in front of house.

I really like this car.

This car is fun to drive, attractive, gets 50+mpg, comfortable, handles well. My experience with making an online appointment for an oil change was unsatisfactory. I made and confirmed the appointment; but when I got to the dealership, I was told the online system doesn’t work, so I had no appointment. They performed the service anyway. Lately, after about 8000 miles, we’ve experienced a couple of odd things like the electrical system shut down while driving and once the car surged ahead from a slow speed.

2021 Sonata hybrid

This vehicle is a replacement for a 2017 sonata hybrid which had an unusual engine fire. This car has better gas mileage than the 2017. I much prefer the interior of the 2017 than the 2021, the seats were wider and it had more small item storage compartments.

Great besides the paint

The car is great has some issues as in the quality of paint and the car play connectivity however for the price and gas milage it’s a good car, I am 6’7 and I fit comfortably I drive the about 500 miles a week if not more. I moved across country in it and was very comfortable was able to fit a lot of stuff in it and we take it on road trips all the time. The biggest down fall is truly the paint is a terrible quality

We love the Hybrid SEL

We bought the 2021 Hybrid SEL sonata and we love it. We have gotten 50+ mpg and really appreciate now with the high gas prices. The car feels like a luxury vehicle and is incredibly smooth, quiet, and comfortable. We are extremely happy with the purchase.

This is the most amazing automobile I have ever owned.

I call my 2021 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid the ( PERFECT ) car. I can not sat enough about it. I really take care of this car. And I know how drive it in such a way as I am consistantly getting 58-62 MPG. And I LOVE the smart cruise and automatlc driving.

2021 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Blue

A good choice for people looking to invest in a new hybrid. In practicality, the fuel economy doesnt quite reach the lofty numbers advertised but it can come close with conservative driving. The styling can be an acquired taste for some but overall the vehicle is good value for the money.

Excellent ... but...

Excellent car -- however, the [front] seating could be improved. One "lowers" one's self getting into the car. This is a "uncomfortable" to do. I would not "rule out" the car for that -- but it IS a consideration that one should keep in mind. In particular, the front seat passenger [apparently] can not RAISE the seat -- though it can be moved forward or backward. The matter of the [front] seating detracts from the COMFORT sitting in ot.

We love our car. Not a single issue. Timing was great because of the prices of fuel now. We gone on short trips and really love the comfort. The safety features for driving are great for my inability to pay attention to the road or my wife.

Excellent Car

When I bought my first new car it was a Hyundai Sonta back in 2010. It was the best car I have ever owned. I rarely had any maintenance issues. Since than I have bought two new cars from Hyundai East. The salesperson I worked with has helped my wife and me to find the right car for us. When my cars need to be serviced or repaired, I always go to Hyundai East because the service consultants are always polite and takes the time to listen to my concerns about my cars.

I love my car

My Sonata hybrid has fantastic gas mileage I average 60+ miles per day. The Bose system is fantastic when I turn up the music. The display for navigation and other on board info is phenomenal and very easy to use. Wil have this car for m a ny many years.

Durability

If only the durability of the car was a great as the styling and features. Apparently my back bumper was bumped, no dents but enough to unknowingly damage the radar system bracket. Hyundai basically said too bad, you're problem, $1900 please. I'm not fixing it because there are 2 more years on the lease and the bumpers aren't tough enough to protect the system that is built into them. I have had 5 Hyundais and the attitude and lack of goodwill has completely turned me away from any future purchase

Over all the vehicle is a good commuter. Good mileage and good comfort. The aero dynamics seems great because you’re able to lower any window without getting a lot of turbulence in the cab. Fit and finish is good as well.

Perfect everyday car

Beautiful design, great performance. 52+ MPG!! Amazing driving experience overall. Although it’s a regular sedan, styling and performance tops with sports sedan, but with all the comforts you get from a sedan.

Great Bang for the Buck

The car runs well, and has a few issues, but they can be ignored. In general, the dealerships do what they can to help you. There is no option to expand the miles on a lease if you want to increase them during the lease period, so I would advise to buy the car outright and be free of that limitation
