Best purchase ever

Awesome ride, great features and fab price!

Love this car - perfect for a road trip or a trip across town, great for carrying groceries, plants and sometimes furniture -very versatile! I love the Calligraphy trim package (beautiful!) and everyone who gets in the car is impressed. I won't say I drive hands free, but the driver assist feature is amazing!

GREAT CAR AND DEALERDHIP. NO ISSUES NOTED IN TH YEAR THAT I HAVE HAD IT. TIMELY OIL CHANGES AND TIRE ROTATIONS AT DEALARSHIP HAS BEEN SUCESSFUL. THE SERVICE DEPT HAS BEEN GRACIOUS EACH TIME I HAVE GONE THERE EVEN FOR AIR IN TIRES.

We love the vehicle and it has a great warranty.

We love everything about this vehicle other then the fact we cannot turn the heated seats on using the bluelink app when remote starting it in the winter months. It just doesn't make any sense that you can turn on the heated steering wheel and not the drivers heated seat when remote starting it using the blue link app in the winter months.

Many issues within a year

Since I bought this vehicle a year ago I have had a broken horn where they had to replace it, sunroof drainage leaking into passenger side floor and soaking it and now I need a new transmission after 1 year, 7200 miles.

Charged 7,000 over sticker for average vehicle

Vehicle was in the shop within months having gas door replaced. Display screen is below average. The driver operator buttons are inconvenient. I was Charged extra 7,000 because of Covid. The sticker was taken off the window once I saw it, and when we sat down to discuss price, there was a 7,000 “market cost adjustment” attached.

Very Happy Customer

This is the first Hyundai I purchased and I am very happy with the comfortable ride and it is a joy driving it. Also the warranty coverage is excellent on it. I really like the appearance of the car.

A truly great vehicle built right here in the U.S. Fantastic and flawless paint job. The build quality is excellent. Good gas milage for a non-hybrid vehicle. Tons of Cargo space, rides great, nice and quiet also. Love this vehicle. No issues after 6000 miles.

except for the failure of the rear view camera, no problems. my only issue is that camera andbeing told that they cannot even look at it until jan 2024 - 6 months from now, heck i mught as well buy a new suv, but not from the local dealer,

Second Time Around

This is my second Santa Fe, after the first one I got the first Palisade, but I could only get black on black, so when I found the second Palisade in the colors I wanted I bought it. I also talked my daughter into buying one. Eventually it was more car than I needed so I got another Santa Fe.

Bought this vehicle brand new. Less then a year latir engine light came on and care sounded terrible. The issue could not be found we had to trade it in and purchase another new vehicle due to safety concerns we had. Very disappointing. Thank goodness the dealership worked diligently to help us

Great vehicle and buying experience

This is, by far, the nicest vehicle I've ever owned. I have owned Cadillacs, Oldsmobiles, Buicks, an Audi and numerous GM trucks. The gas mileage has consistently exceeded the EPA ratings. It is quiet, comfortable, has incredible acceleration, the headlights really illuminate the highway, the interior is spacious and the warranty is the best. The design is eye catching. I have actually had people, strangers, compliment the looks of the vehicle. Maybe that is due to the Calypso Red finish :) .. Once my wife drove it on some errands, she didn't want to give it back. I did not set out to buy a Hyundai. After several disappointing trips to Toyota and Honda dealerships, my son, a mechanic, convinced me to give Hyundai a try. I am glad he did. It is, by far, the nicest SUV I drove and the dealership experience at Garvey in Plattsburgh was exceptional.

No Reliablity and horrible service

We had our car for a few months, ~4,500 miles and it left my wife, 3 month old baby daughter, and my self stranded in Chicago 400 miles from home. It ran terrible and the check engine light came on the interstate. Dealer checked it out said it was fine and that it was just a random glitch. Fast forward to about 6,400 miles and the transmission goes out. took 3 months to get the car back. Not 2 weeks after we got our car back the engine fan starts coming on when the vehicle gets shut off. the fan just goes wide open with the car off. Dealer couldnt figure out that issue either but left us in a loaner vehicle for another couple weeks. Don't buy these cars!

Nice upgrade from the Tucson

Went to our dealership looking to replace our 2017 Tucson with the new Tucson, ended up falling in love with the new Santa Fe instead. Subtle but noticable upgrades all around in my opinion ober the new Tucson, the Santa Fe just suited me better all around.

Very nice experience

I enjoy driving my Santa fe Hyundai. I look forward to listening to the excellent sound system while driving to my destination. The looks I get when I pull up next to a vehicle at a traffic light is priceless. They look at the car and then at me. I feel important.

Overall the vehicles interior was top notch. The technology was great and easy to use. The exterior of tree vehicle was not the sleekest however the panoramic sunroof is a nice addition. I enjoyed the smart cruise control features and gas mileage. The biggest concerns I had with the vehicle were its lack of power and inability to drive up a gravel drive way that a sonata had no issues with.

Above average beautiful vehicle

Ask me these questions in 4 years. The first year has been great with only 8600 miles driven. The vehicle is garage kept. It seems like the rims and bumpers are a little less sturdy than I would have liked. Small gouges on the bumper, i assume from road debris, is a bit disappointing. Also, a little lurch in the transmission, a couple of times, always makes your nervous. Had a very difficult time pairing my android phone to the navigation system. Still haven't gotten that worked out. It's stuck in between. Shows on screen, but no sound. Otherwise, the vehicle has been great. Time will tell.
