Nice SUV that drives well and is sharp to look at. Would definitely buy again.

Nice SUV with all the extras. The center stack is unique, and we really like it. The SUV drives well and has good visibility, and my wife enjoys driving it. Our model is the Caligraphy and we love all of the extra safety driving features. The only real negative is it does not have wireless Apple Carplay and the phone charger is sporadic depending on which model phone you have.

Nice ride!

Overall and nice looking, comfortable, fuel efficient and economical vehicle. A few preferences could be addressed, and Hyundai's history of engine problems is a concern. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Bad Transmission

Transmission has been replaced twice on a 2022 Santa Fe. The gear selection makes a very annoying noise. When placed on reverse, Jesus it makes the biggest thumping noise that you can hear from a very long distance. Too many recalls, one recall was the vehicle stop working and shutdown. That has occurred to us, it stopped moving and we had to get it towed. They said it was the transmission and they replaced it. Not even a a year later, the vehicle is back in the shop for another transmissions replacement. Most likely going to get an attorney and seek lemon law.

The styling and look of my car promotes a quality that stands out among other models. Navigation gives precise directions. Sound system is clear and without distortion when volume is high. Ride is smooth and quiet. I don't feel overly fatigued after driving long distances.

Love It

Vehicle performs nicely and drives pretty good on the highway I wish it had armrests. Overall I would buy it again if I had to. The inside is roomy the speakers could be better because one of mine sounds like it is busted,

Love it!

This is a very comfortable SUV and is very reliable. I’ve had it for a year now and have only had to schedule oil changes. The interior design is very fancy and very easy to control. Did you know you can fit a full size blow up mattress in the back when the seats are down?! So cool!

My Santa Fe experience

This is a great car. It serves me and my family well covering the basics of commuting and having fun with the family. The car is easy to maintain and has good fuel economy. Since purchasing over 2 years ago, I only do routine maintenance.

The overall operation of the vehicle is fine just the downshifting when I come to a stop it's like the transmission has a hard shifting it doesn't do it every time some days are better than others, the car itself runs great.

Disappointed

There are too many safety issues with this vehicle. Performance is also subpar. There needs to also be more legroom in this vehicle. I have to move the passenger seat up too far to allow my child enough legroom in the back while in a boaster seat.

Sante Fe is Amazing

This is my second Sante Fe and I love everything about it. The vehicle rides smoothly and is so comfortable for the long hauls. I love the extra features available and enjoy driving this car. Plus the Meriden dealership is top of the line service and very easy to work with.

Believed this would be the best guy ever w bought.

NOT PLEASED!!! For the money that I paid, I feel I should have gotten a vehicle that was without a recall, shortly after purchased. The dealership was very honest with me, but I feel that corporate Hyundai, who is not.

It’s transportation

Wouldn’t recommend this car or any in the Hyundai fleet. Bought 2 Hyunda’s the same day and have regretted it since. Both have had mechanical issues that the dealerships have not identified solutions for. Service centers are understaffed and they overbook. Plan a whole day when you take your car.. plan several hours for basic oil and lubrication

Overall a great car to buy. The dealership sucks and I would never refer anyone to them and I would do my best to avoid going there for service. The vehicle had many features for the price point that you do not find in other SUVs.

Good so far

We have almost 10,000 miles on this vehicle and it has performed very well. Gets good gas mileage and handles well in the curves in the canon. The dash could be a better design with more available storage spots instead of the nooks and crannies that get dirty and are difficult to clean. Safety features are excellent and help monitor some road conditions and other vehicle actions. Lights both interior and exterior are very good. Only the pattern that looks like a hill just to the left of center when low beams are on is somewhat distracting. An even upper line would be better.

great mileage

Love the Hyundai Santa Fe, have owned Santa Fes since 2009. Wish the auto phone charger was compatible with Android phones. This was my first 4 cylinder Santa Fe, I miss the power from the 6 cylinder but the mileage is great.
