Not was I was expecting for the price

Having unsolved problems from day 1. The rear ac doesn’t work right. The memory seats don’t work right. The drivers 1 and 2 key fobs don’t save memory profiles.

Love this car...

Love most things about this car. Downsized from pickup trucks and enjoying it so far. Would like better mileage. Would get the hybrid model if I could do over. Hate the gear shift knob...3,000 miles in and still not comfortable with it at automatic carwashes and everyday use. Probably just me but previous vehicle was a Ram truck and had no trouble with the naturalness of it's rotary dial so we'll see.

Great vehicle and value but a few bugs

I really like the 2026 Santa Fe Limited in the green exterior and beige interior with captains seats in rows 1-2. Features are very good and I like the way it handles on the road at highway speeds. We have the nonhybrid and average 20 mpg in town and 28 on highway which is acceptable. But I do have a few complaints: 1) touch screen climate controls are difficult to set and read the settings in daylight, and can be inadvertently turned on or off, e.g. getting a hot seat if seat heating turned on accidentally. 2) Seat buckles were difficult to connect especially passenger side for right handed person. We had to buy aftermarket extenders to make them easier to connect. 3) eyesight tracking is a nuisance, I keep getting warnings while driving and I am not looking elsewhere than straight front. 4) road noise at highway speeds seems excessive, 5) passenger cannot easily adjust radio volume from right side of vehicle where volume adjustment is almost under the steering column. 6) no 12v usb port on rear view mirror area for dashcam. 7) cannot open trunk door with pushbutton under the door while engine is idling, have to use keyfob or interior button. Had had it for two months, maybe will find a few more bugs when we take a road trip.
