Extremely unreliable
Heed, my warning, people… I’ve never had a worse experience in my life! 6 months after purchasing my brand new vehicle, dead battery. Fast forward 1 1/2 years and the car has been towed twice and in the shop eight times for battery related incidents leaving me stranded, three times they’ve replaced the battery, the other times the battery has just been charged. Now I’m having to pay $300 + each time that the battery dies, which happens every 4 to 8 months completely randomly. I’m guessing that whatever is causing the dead batteries is also causing the cars electronic system to go crazy randomly. Try to start the car one minute and it acts like it’s dead, all the lights flash, and all the alarms ring. Turn the car off, go inside, come back an hour later try to turn the car back on again, and it starts like there was never a problem. When it’s acting like this, if you stop at a traffic signal, you have to keep your foot on the gas and the brake or else the car will stall out on you. I’ve called their corporate customer service, I’ve had three cases opened and closed but all they keep telling me is if they can’t re-create the problem they can’t help me. So I am now stuck with a $40,000 vehicle that I bought brand new and maintain every time I’m supposed to that is completely unreliable and is constantly breaking down.
