If you are horrified by Elon Musk - sell your Tesla and get an Ioniq 5. It’s a great EV with similar range to the Model 3 and there are now lots more fast charging locations that aren’t associated with Tesla than there are superchargers

Fix quirks

USB connector for apple car play / android auto is sensitive to movement. Passenger rear window roll up engine is significantly slower. Camera locations get wet and stay wet easily.

Love the car. The only changes I would make are: add a back windshield wiper and use a better 12V battery originally.

It's good stuff with minor flaws.

So far I love the vehicle, only downside is that it doesn't have native android auto or able to use it wirelessly to my phone.

Turned in the lease early as we did not like the vehicle. It was very creaky, like it was gonna fall apart or cheaply made.

Great Electric Car

I have had my Ioniq 5 for over two years now and have really enjoyed driving it. No issues whatsoever with anything on the car, I have recommended it to several friends looking to purchase an electric car. Great car for the money!

Convenience, Comfort & Style

I love the convenience and lack of pollution of an electric vehicle! My Ioniq 2024 is a pleasure to drive, and I live 3 miles in on a gravel road. It handles snow like a dream. It pulls a loaded 5'x8' trailer like it's not even there. The only downsides are the lack of a rear-window blade, which was corrected the following year, and this 'Model T' era of battery ranges the industry seems to be stuck in. Until we get a 500-1000 mile batteries, the EV industry will lag behind the ICE industry. On a recent road trip, I chose to rent a gas vehicle, so I didn't have to worry/hassle with finding open and operational charges. PS - I now own an electric riding mower, snow thrower and, of course, string trimmer and leaf blower. Long live electricity!

Excellent electric vehicle

Two years and 22,000 miles with absolutely no problems. Every 8000 miles I take it in for tire rotation. All the bells and whistles have worked well without any problems getting close to 300 miles with my rear wheel drive.

Great Electric SUV and It's Not a Tesla!

Great electric vehicle, especially if you are mostly commuting around town. Fun, practical, roomy and efficient. Plenty of pep with the long-range real wheel drive setup. No need for the fast & furious AWD. You get all the benefits of owning an electric vehicle without the baggage of a billionaire con artist.
