Great safety feature, absolutely awful navigation

Great safety features, the navigation is so awful that I just use google maps on my phone because car gives me a longer route

Easily the best vehicle we have ever owned.

A well engineered and designed vehicle that makes the switch from a gas vehicle to a fully electric vehicle very easy. The vehicle is a joy to drive and consistently exceeds the stated range. The interior provides superb ride comfort for front and rear passengers while still providing ample rear storage space. All of this comes with an exceptional dealer experience and a superb warrantee.

Digital Teal 2024 Sel

I really like driving this car. Other than a few detractors it is nice. I am not a fast or aggressive driver so keep that in mind. I have found the car to be stable in wind and rain. We drove up the turnpike in NY during the hurricane remnants last August and I was surprised how nice the ride was in challenging conditions. Sound inside is acceptable. There are a few rattles from the back but I don’t notice them all the time so it can’t be too bad. It is a nice looking car. Lots of room both in front and back. Seats are comfortable. I’m not a good reviewer but, you know, if you were in the market for an E-car I would whole heartedly recommend the ioniq 5! Oh yeah. I can go real fast. I put it in sport mode and hit the “gas” and in like 30 milli-secs I was at 65…… Glad I didn’t have that when I was a kid!!!! Things I don’t like….. No rear window wiper - but that has been resolved. I would prefer the charging port in the front not the back. No spare tire, I’m old I like knowing it’s there. Sales people that know even less than I do about electric cars, the ioniq in particular. More frunk space! A printed version of the owner’s manual.——Again I’m old and like to have the book.

Not what it seems

The turning radius isn’t great. The radio dial interferes with the air conditioning panel. Comfortable and the rear view mirror with the camera is helpful.

Amazing car but with some customer satisfaction issues

Futuristic looks, great driving dynamics, spacious and modern interior all benefit this great car, but it's held back by some reliability and build quality issues that have not been fixed yet in attempts by dealership.

it is a great car, with a couple items you need to fix

1.Please change shifter to more like a Merc/Tesla - the twist thing is really bad..... 2. Looks like you have added a rear wiper for 2025, smart 3. Why do I have to push off? This is incredibly annoying. Just have ONE button for ON - use park button. 4. Looks like you have fix the center console- 2024 is terrible. Model off Tesla with wireless pad or somewhere to put you phone that is not the drink holder. Charge ports are in really bad locations - what are you thinking? Drives amazing. You are almost there!

Love this car

This car is comfortable and easy to drive. The milage could be better for a small car. I live in some elevation, and it handles the climb pretty well. The quick charge is amazing; I love going to charger stations and leaving before everyone, even though I arrived after. The interior style is functional and roomy. I took points off because, it needs wireless car play and a back window wiper. I hate that the next year after I bought this car Hyundai offered it on all the cars. It would be amazing if they offered to put that in our cars for a reasonable fee. This car does have USBC and USBA. The free charging for 2 years is excellent. I appreciate it and that is going above and beyond! I would also love if it came with a home charger unit for free.

Great! Accept when the cruise control tries to crash the car.

I really like the car a lot of value for the money. However the steering feature in cruise control turns the car outside the lane making it prone to accidents.
