Car is great, Thousand Oaks service is TERRIBLE!
Thousand Oaks service is TERRIBLE! I have taken the car in 4 time for battery issues, each time they replace the battery, which is not the problem. The problem is the software and the continuous pulling for the battery when the car is idle. EVERYONE knows about this but your service department plays dumb intentionally. The last time I took it in they again said it was the 12 volt battery. i refused to take it home and surprise they found an additional problem that was draining the battery. but of course they screwed that up as well. When we picked the car up, the battery issues was fixed. But the automatic car seat didn't work, because they forgot to reconnect it. They took it back and in 10 minutes its fixed. Now weeks later, we find out that our heated car seats don't work, I am sure they forgot to connect something there, but i haven't had time to take the car in.
