I was greeted as I entered the serviced area, went over paper work, pointed me to waiting room.
I really like the new waiting room, plenty of room.

When my service was complete, they called me and discussed future items such as tires and fuel filter.

I had to get oil changed on a rental car which completely bummed me out but having it done at Parker’s was easy. Not that I liked spending an hour of vacation there but Ryan was very friendly and the waiting area comfortable.

One hour late.
My service appointment was for 2:00. I thought it was for 3:00. My mistake. They took me anyway and worked me in with no problem. I was out within 40 minutes. That's SERVICE! Thanks guys.
