As always, had a great experience with the service crew at Parker Ford. Got there early but they took the vehicle anyway, got everything listed and walked me to the outstanding waiting room.
Tyler gave me a call in an hour and half and went over everything thoroughly and gave the vehicle a clean bill of health.
Every one I met and talked to was extremely polite and helpfull. I will definitely continue having my service and repair work done there.

Took care of us promptly
We had an oil change the previous week, but the dashboard still showed that it needed it an oil change. We stopped by and they cleared it .

Soon as drove into the service bay I was met at my car and directed to Tyler Jorgensen, who quickly took all my info and showed me where to wait. The car was serviced and returned to me in a shorter time than promised.

Wait is forever
Every single time I need an oil change there are no same day appts available. I always have to schedule a week out. And even then I make an appt and it still takes a long time before my car is finished. Everything is always done correctly but not in a timely manner. I dropped my car off 2 hours before the scheduled appt because my day changed and my car still wasn’t ready for 3.5 hours!! Just for an oil change!

There Staff are very polite and there service
There service is good when it comes oil Change checking the brakes and etc. But sometimes it depends on what kind of service they will do for your vehicle. Especially making sure that all caps are on like transmission, oil, coolant, window cleaner.

Best service ever.
We are so happy with the way we were treated at Parker Ford. Along with getting the 100,000 mile work done then took us to get a car from Parker Toyota to use as they finished our car. Would definitely go back.

Not as good as when it was Addis
Took car in for an oil change and bought a rear window wiper that I didn’t need and they broke something when they tried to install it. Now it doesn’t work at all. Worked perfectly before I too it in. Addis wasn’t great but much better place then than it is now.

Also, takes way to long to get in for service appointments anymore.

Nice new waiting lounge. Good coffee. I was here for a quick oil change, and I asked for a quote on future maintenance. The cost of an oil change and the quote were both amazing, in a good way. I'm so happy!
