I came in because my brakes we’re down close to the metal and Sean Tolton assisted me and made me feel like family. He greeted me as I came out of my vehicle and I explained to him the problem and he took care of me on the spot, ashored me that he would get my vehicle in checked out and serviced. He did that with a big smile and that is something that I really appreciated. I love coming to this Pohanka Hyundai Service Department because of the friendly faces and a wonderful way that I am treated while I am there with free ice cream free coffee a huge TV, and great personalities.

Service and staff are wonderful!
I bought my new 2018 Elantra from Pohanka. Not only is the first service complementary, but it was done in about an hour. No appointments taken (tho that would be nice). The service and other staff are kind and courteous. I needed some accessories that they did not have in stock, so my service advisor asked if he could text me when they arrive. I agreed to this, and just a few days later I received a text that they had arrived. Very professional and I will be back!
