Got serviced quickly
Whenever I come to service, I bring work with me because I could be there for a while depending on the customers ahead of me. I did get some work done but I was out earlier than the estimate. My service advisor always gives me accurate information and my price was fine for the service I received. Even when I have a big service, I have confidence it will be done right with the right price.

The best Hyundai dealership service ever!
I love my Hyundai dealership and my advisor Sean. I came in because of my airbag light, told them what I though, and my advisor didn't ignore what I was saying because I am a woman. They know I do my research and bring viable information to them. What I thought was wrong actually was and the part was ordered for it. They are always courteous and take care of me as a customer with a smile and professionalism. They only way I will buy another is if he will continue to be my advisor. He keeps me on the road!

Sean is the best Service Advisor. I came in because of a slow leak in a tire. The tire was damaged so I needed a new tire. Sean ordered my tire on a Friday and it came in on Monday. Sean give me a timeframe when my car would be ready and he was on point.

Disappointed in Hyundai
I have taken my car in for the same problem since July. I have gone between 2 different locations because the first place did not fix the problem but after taking to second location and agsinnbeing out of a vehicle for days the problem is still not fixed. I have always valued my Hyundai vehicle and service location but after I traded my Genesis for an Equus I have had nothing but problems. My car has had more problems in 6 months than I’ve ever had with any car in 5 years. EVERY TIME My car gets fixed the same issue appears again within 24 hours and I have to turn car back in again/ get a rental car because they NEVER have loaners ( it was a big sales pitch when purchasing the vehicle that when you own an Equus they will pick up your vehicle for service and leave you with another Equus if available - if not it will be another vehicle equivalent to the Equus)
I have never received a loaner and ALWAYS have to rent a vehicle out of pocket. In 1 situation the warranty covered a rental for the first day but other than that I’ve paid OUT OF POCKET.
Unfortunately based on the bad experience and problems with this vehicle my plan of purchasing a G90 next year is no longer going to happen . I am done with dealing with both the vehicle and the dealerships/ service and it is very disappointing because I absolutely loved my Genesis and could never see myself in anything other than a Hyundai. THAT HAS NOW CHANGED.
