Friendly Staff and Clean Waiting Area
The service staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the services recommended/required. Sean T., consistently provided me with updates on the issues found, suggested fixes and timeframe of the fixes I agreed to. I would highly recommend this location if you need repairs. The waiting area is spacious, clean and offers WiFi connections.

Customers service is great
Mr. Sean was excellent letting me know about the status of my car
I love the text messaging. Keeps you in the loop. Then my phone was depleating in my battery and the charge service Pohanka has service where u can charge you phone but the cord was broke. Mr. Sean offered me his charger. I was happy. :)

The service
I always love coming to Pohanka Hyundai to have my car service. Sean Tolson the service advisor is knowledgeable about the services I need to keep my 2012 Santa Fe running smooth and safe and the only one I interact with every time I need it service, not that the other service advisors are not knowledgeable about my vehicle he is the only one that I am comfortable with from the first time I have taken my vehicle in for service. on top of this he give you personal chair side visit to go over (when you waiting for your vehicle) what service is require. and I would like to add besides the service advisors , seating, and vending machines and coffee/tea are the free ice cream sandwiches....yum (cookies would be nice...again.

Quick and usually pretty fast
Came in for an oil change , everyone is always pretty friendly, and fast. Its always clean and they offer a complimentary charging station which is a plus. Was going to take the shuttle but opted to stay and wait on my vehicle. Only thing they did not do was wash my car and i was looking forward to it after all the snow. However, It was no big deal but i thought a complimentary wash came with your car servicing. But overall I would come again
