Supreme Customer Service
Steve my Service advisor is very passionate about giving supreme customer service/Satisfaction. I called Steve, explained my service light was on, Steve told me too me my vehicle in right away, there staff corrected my issue with the service light on. Steve explained everything in detail, he even addressed the phone system and inform me they have implemented a better system. Steve brought my vehicle up, it was washed looked brand new!
Thank you for your superb service Steve and Staff. I will defiantly be back!

I respect you as a Service writer, I watched how much you and how hard you worked. I was amazed
You did inform me and you did go out of your way to get me a car. You will go far. The dealership should recognize how hard you work
I was disappointed the condition of my vechice I feel the vechice should of been cleaner inside
It is hard to get through the service department..
I do thank you for everything you have done. I waited for a reply back .I know it was not your fault. Who ever changed the oill should of automatic reset the system. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention we were able to track down the voicemail to a generic voicemail box in the sales dept which we have now deactivated so this will not happen again. we do appologize for the incovience this has caused and we want to make sure you are provided with excellent service and responsiveness. I tired reach out several times and left several message whenever you are available please give me a call or text so I can disscuss a way to make things right and give you the 5 star service evey temecula hyundai customer deserves.

I was recommended to rescore my one star review because “higher management” wanted me to BEFORE my car is fixed. Dear “higher management”, Carlos has been trying to do all he can to help get my car back to how it should be but of course it may not meet your timeframe. Everything takes time and Carlos is trying his best. If “higher management” has an issue with my rescore (that I needed to do before my issue was fully resolved), please, reach out directly. What I can recommend is that Hyundai NEVER EVER use the body shop my car was sent to. That is not on Carlos, Steve, or the kind schedulers. That is on “higher management” and Hyundai itself.

Dear Temecula Hyundai- Take Accountability for Your Actions
Took my car in for a service and I came back to my car with black finger prints and green liquid all around my car hood and doors. Took my car back into the dealership because the paint was peeling (due to a manufacture paint failure) and they returned my car with paint over-spray on my entire windshield as well as scratched (Service tried to say it was just from rocks....rocks do that), my front emblem damaged (Service tried to say it was not them but then had no pictures to prove it, however I did), and they scratched the chrome on my door (Service also tried to say it was not their fault). Moral of the story, I have had to take more time off work, have my car professionally cleaned, and argue with the Service team as they refuse to take accountability for their actions and make excuses left and right. Hyundai is a wonderful brand. The women making appointments for service are very sweet. But the service team at Temecula does not care to take accountability, their service crew does not care about their customer's cars and the body shop that is used for repairs...don't even get me started. They only use that bodyshop because it is cheap labor and they can save money. It is so sad that I don't trust Temecula Hyundai so much that I have to take a picture of my millage and gas to make sure their 'team' didn't take my car out for a joy ride. Anonymous....I'm sure you know who I am.

They clean your vehicle upon completion of service. Though I wish that I didn’t have to come up and check to see when the service was completed.

While driving home my engine light came on. I called Temecula Hyundai while driving (hands free) and I was told to drop it off. This was Saturday. They were busy so I didn’t expect to have it diagnosed and fixed that day (which didn’t really concern me). They had it done before the end of the day. The better news was it was covered by my 10 year/100,000 mile warranty!
