The service was exceptional and fast. A very friendly and professional young man helped me fix the problem with my car. He listened to me carefully and gave me options in case my car couldn't be fixed that day. I definitely recommend this dealer services to my family and friends.

Virus? What virus?
Not any steps taken by service associates to comply with current mandates and recommendations for staying safe during this pandemic. My past experiences have been from ok to pretty good, but this last visit 7/3/2020 was shocking. The numbers of new cases in FL is one of the highest in the nation.
Most NO masks
No social distancing or partitions in service write up area
No hand sanitizers in service write up area
Although my car was adequately serviced, at this time I would not recommend.

Recall Part
Napleton was on the ball sending me notice of an important recall. When I first made the appointment online I received the reminder but no phone call telling me the part had to be ordered. I showed up for my appointment only to find this out and then had to reschedule. The second time was much better. My regular service adviser, Nicolas, was in this day and after I explained the last appointment issue he immediately got my car in the back and they had it done in record time, 30 min. I know better now in the future to just call him directly to make my appointments instead of doing it online.

I would highly recommend this dealership for service
I have had multiple wonderful service experiences at the West Palm Beach Hyundai dealer, this past Wednesday being the most recent. No matter who I have dealt with from start to finish the staff have been knowledgeable, professional, and have gone out of their way help me with questions. They are always courteous and catering to my car's every need large or small. The customer service has been nothing but exceptional especially when I got assigned to work with Nicholas Palermo the past two visits. Thank you to the staff for being so welcoming and helpful and I look forward to working with you again very soon!
