Responsive Customer Service Follow Up to Address Problem
After an initial disappointing service visit where an uninformed service writer did not adequately address my service request, I was contacted by a very responsive customer service representative who has fully addressed my concerns. I have confidence that the requested service will now be performed properly and am in the process of scheduling the required service.

Clueless Service Dept - Poorly Trained
Brought my hybrid powered Ioniq in for a required maintenance service. The entire service department had never heard of the service and did not know how to do it. Very troubling.

Slow service even with appointment
All I needed was an oil change and it took over 3 hours and that was with an appointment. It took almost an hour just to be greeted and seen.

The five star rating is only for Armand Guynup. The service department and company are crooks otherwise. Armand wanted me to give a new evaluation for him and not the company after he took care of my issues. Great job to Armand for this. I will however, have to say use extreme caution when doing business here. Make sure you get everyones name down and if you can get what is promised to you in writing then even better. Armand had promised me certain things and if I return and do not get what he promised then I will sue them for false promises. Should I receive what Armand promised to me thence are ok for now. As for recommendations to this dealership I honestly can not give it a 10. Only once they come through with their promises to me and stop the lies and BS I could do that. Any business that has issues and then a guy like Armand calls you back and promises you the world is one thing, but are the promises going to hold true? I feel like this place tells you one thing and then when it comes time to it reality is another. So like I said Armand gets 5 stars for reaching out to me and making promises, but should anything turn out to be false then the whole dealership gets a 0 and a call from my attorney for false promises. I don't have time for games so it will remain to be seen what happens in the near future for me to really have a true evaluation about the whole company. Also beware of prices they can be way more expensive then a ASD certified mechanic down the street. So if you are dong out of warranty or non recall related repairs I suggest you get a second opinion before taking the word of these guys. You ask for a honest review well here it is if you bother to read it. No sugar coating bs here.

Worst service experience ever
Lied about time it would take for my car to be ready. Service advisor comes back 30 mins later than originally promised. To tell me I need $2.5 k worth of service on my car which another mechanic at another location looked at my car and said I don’t need most of the work recommended. Also if you need to pay for something be aware you might be over charged.
