Nick Palermo is NOT the typical service guy. I am 72 years old and have plenty of experience with a variety of service departments. Nick is something special. I would follow him to another dealer if necessary - he is that good while still professionally representing the dealership - a win win for all

I wanted to share a recent experience I had at your dealership with Nick Palermo in service. I own a 2014 Santa Fe and I absolutely love my car! I took my car to Jiffy Lube for an oil change as I usually used them for oil changes after checking my oil level in my car a realizing it was super low , I rushed to Jiffy Lube to see what was wrong , and apparently my engine was knocking never a good sign right ... the manager at Jiffy Lube referred me to Nick and he gave me his cell online number . Nick jumped right in and had my car towed in and got me into a rental right away . He did everything he could to help me get my engine replaced , he went so far above and beyond to help me and make me feel comfortable he answered all my question was always available via text he was so professional kind caring compassionate and is such an asset to your dealership. I ended up having to replace my engine and it cost me over $5000 which was a lot for me I’m a mother of three boys and I typically don’t take my car to dealerships for maintenance or oil changes because I always felt like a number before and I always thought dealerships were overpriced on their service and oil changes . However I will never take my car anywhere but to your dealership and with Nick. I just wanted to take the time to make sure that you knew what an amazing job he is doing because people are so quick to call and complain when they have a problem but in life a lot of times always forget to give the compliments as well. Even when problems arose or there was a News that wasn’t good he always delivered it to me in a kind way and always went so far above and beyond to make me happy and fix whatever problem there was he made this process of getting a new engine easy and effortless and not scary which sounds crazy but he made it so easy I didn’t have to worry about a thing he will be my service advisor for life and I hope you know what a great asset he is to your team! I came in on two different occasions when he had the day off and I needed something out of my car on one occasion and on the second one I need to pick up a registration both times I couldn’t find anybody to help me and felt ignored. That was never the case with Nick. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

Hyundai was very helpful in getting my vehicle repaired and giving me a courtesy vehicle while my car was being worked on! I was very pleased with how much help you guys were! I will definitely recommend!

Mike, service manager from Hyundai called me regarding my very disappointing experience review I gave last week. I was surprised to hear from him, but he seemed genuinely concerned on how dissatisfied I was on my last visit. He stated he is working to get his teams quality of service improved and has asked me to return for my next oil change so I can experience better service. I look forward to seeing the changes and improvements in the new coming year. Thanks Mike for reaching out, it’s nice to know that as a customer I’m being heard!
I was beyond pleased with Service Advisor Nick Palermo. He takes pride in his position and it shows. I will definitely be requesting him in the future.

From the 25 minute wait just to get into the service area and having to wait 4.5 hours even though I had an appointment was very unsatisfactory for me. Service area either need more help or more training on how to do properly do their job.
