Very fast, including car wash, Mario was friendly and quick to get things moving. In 13 years of servicing there on 2 Sonatas only once could they not get me in when I wanted.

Just brought my car in for an oil change. Mario greeted me promptly and handled everything perfectly. He's always professional and congenial and notifies me as soon as my car is ready. It's the great service like this that keeps me coming back.

Good service
My car was acting funny it would just go dark, but when I opened and shut the door it would light up and start up. I came in early no appointment the man that works outside was very helpful. I should him what was going on. This was befor 7:00, he lifted the hood and checked around and found a loose connection. As soon as a worker came in he had come over to tighten it. But he noticed that it needed a shim to fix it correctly, so my car was taken in and my service rep. Wrote it up for service, I was done 45 minutes later, this was team work at its best..

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and worked with Mario. He is always so nice and helpful, and everyone else at Santan Hyundai is as well. I would highly recommend using Santan Hyundai to both purchase and service Hyundai vehicles! They really are the best of the best.
