Responsibility for quality
Mario was the perfect example of what a customer expects when they bring their car in for service. He listened to my needs, he gave me an estimate of the cost, showed me to the waiting area, and maintained communication with me throughout the process. When the car was serviced, he told where to pay, where it would be located and it came in slightly lower than estimate. I will be back and ask for him.

When I arrived a service tech (Mario) greeted me within 5 min. I told him what i needed done and he took it from there. While waiting, he sent me a text that if I needed anything, just text him back. The waiting room is very comfortable and clean with snacks and drinks. My service was completed before I expected it to be and Mario had me on my way in no time at all.
