Once again Mario was outstanding !! The part was at his desk when I arrived and it was replaced in no time! Mario also had the computer rebutted do to an upgrade that hadn’t arrived through the mail yet!! OUTSTANDING!!

I Was Forgiven
Apparently I had marked the wrong date on my calendar for my service appointment. After arriving a day late the service greeter recognized my name and knew I was a no show the day before. When Mario my service advisor came out we had a good laugh and he said no worries all is forgiven we'll take care of you today, no problem. Mario text me when the car was ready which is a smooth way of communication for me. Another painless transaction with the SanTan service department.

Customer service. Mario and Rob are the best.
I have two Hyundai’s and they have both been serviced at San Tan Hyundai only. I have never had either one serviced anywhere else. I am a loyal customer mostly because of Mario and Rob.

Service at San tan Hyundai is great. My service advisor (Mario Macias) listens to my concerns and makes recommendations; case in point - my car has a road film on it, Mario recommended I look into "clay bar" to remove the film; if that doesn't work, then I should bring to car back and he will evaluate it further.

Had missing paint after a wash
I gave it a 5 bcuz we love Mario but I have never washed my car with you guys for obvious reasons. I got it back and it was clean which isn’t good bcuz my bumper is broken and I also got it back with missing paint on the little inserts. Not really a big deal but just letting you guys know.

: ) Battery replacement under warranty
While at times it is very difficult to reach the service department by telephone, once you do reach them things flow very smoothly. I had a dead battery so after being towed to the dealer and replacement of the battery -- under warranty : ) apparently the anti-theft system needed some additional attention - or - maybe there is a failure?? I scheduled another visit for 1/14/19. By the way - KUDOS to Hyundai Roadside Assistance - it saved me a LOT of headaches and $$$
