Service was good but the time taken to get and organize the paperwork so I could pay and leave was way too long-over half hour! Also the price has crept up enough that I will just get my oil changes and work done in Spokane.

Friendly with good service.
Very friendly customer service with a nice waiting room. They told me my vehicle would be done in about an hour, reference a lube and tire rotation and they had my vehicle ready in less than an hour.

Great Service as usual
Everything went great with the one exception of not being greeted when I first arrived in the service alley. After exiting the car it was awkward waiting to see if I was supposed to go up to the counter or if someone was supposed to come get the keys.

Treated terrible
Bought a brand hew truck cash in late 2013. 60000 dollars, when I traded it in on 2011 ranger I found that I got a lemon, to many things to list right now. Very disappointing experience. Have one more oil change on you and after that I will definitely never go back to you guys.

Great customer care
This was my first appointment for regular service after arrival to Idaho in April. I was impressed. Kevyn was friendly , helpful, direct. I wasn’t handed off. I appreciated having him at the start and the finish. He also answered my questions about any winterizing I should be considering. I definitely will be back.
