I brought in my 2014 F150 for the first service, and your staff was very helpful. It had a tire-balance "shimmy" and your shop rebalanced the tires, much better now. Thanks for taking good care of me.

I was met by Chris who pulled my paper work. We reviewed what was being done and I was escorted to the waiting room. Vehicle was done in less time quoted. Excellent service with even better customer service.

I brought my 5000 mile F150 in for an oil change. When I go my truck back the front desk told me I had a fuel leak in the oil pan that most likely due to a bad seal. I was told to make another appointment to fix it. Why couldn't the seal be fixed? There was no reason given as to why it wasn't fixed. It can't take more than 15 minutes to fix. Let's save people's time when able.

Nice waiting room atmosphere
The new waiting area is quite spiffy and comfortable in the plush leather chairs and a separate area for TV watchers. People courteous, especialky Kevyn the service person. My only annoyance was the message that my oil change was due was not updated and the instructions in my owners' manual were not helpful. I had to make an additional stop at the dealership the following day and one of the staff took care of it.
