My concern related to my experience with Hyundai of Wesley Chapel was resolved. I appreciate the follow-up and effort that was extended by the Service Drive Manager to bring this matter to closure. I look forward to bringing my 2012 Sonata back to Hyundai of Wesley Chapel for my next service appointment.

Maintenence for 2018 Sonata
Only one issue - after waiting for the suggested time, I asked the rep how much longer and it appeared the car was ready but the paperwork was just lying on a desk. How much earlier is anyone"s guess. Not a big deal.

the importance os GREAT customer service
do to my complicated schedule, I had to take my Tucson 2018 to oil change and check out on a Sunday. Staff was VERY attentive to my needs and the service was completed in less than 2 hours! Hyundai of Wesley Chapel is a clear example of excellence in customer service! thank you!!

My service manager was excellent.

One thing - ask if we have a coupon or ask to record that at appointment sign up. It prevents confusion at time of payment.

The last two times my interior was not vacuumed. This time however the car was washed. Last time it wasn't.

Love the free coffee and big tV

Quick turnaround.
My battery died. I got a jump, drove over to Hyundai without an appointment and got in very quickly. In less than an hour they had me back on the road. Much appreciated.
