I took my 2013 Elantra in for regular maintenance and Justin was my Service Advisor. He took the time to take care of my questions and even brought up some things the tech recommended, but never with a pushy sales approach. We discussed follow-up for some of those items and my vehicle's service was completed sooner than the estimated time I was given. Great service and honest folks is the reason I get all of my vehicle needs from Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. My car has never been anywhere else! Thank you and see you again soon.

Fast, reliable service, personable employees.
Leaving for work early morning, had trouble starting car, 3yr old battery was bad. Went straight to dealership, arrived 30 minutes after service department opened. Advisor greeted me right away, they tested the battery, and replaced it ASAP. I was on my way to work in less than an hour. Have always received great service here, have used this dealership for all service for 8 years since I bought the car new there.

I have been getting my Elantra serviced here for 8 years. I don’t live that close but continue to come back. Good customer service and feel they are honest and up front. The WiFi works good for me to work while waiting.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME EXPECTING USEFUL RECOMMENDATIONS! THEY'LL LET YOU DRIVE OFF THE LOT WITH TONS OF PROBLEMS, THEN EMAIL YOU ABOUT THEM SAYING YOU SHOULD GET THESE DONE EVEN THOUGH NOTHING WAS EVER RECOMMENDED. WHEN I MENTIONED THE CONCERN TO THE SERVICE AGENT JUSTIN HIS RESPONSE WAS LITERALLY " I DON'T KNOW SOMETIMES RECOMMENDATIONS FALL OFF."
