I bought my car there
I was charged for a front end alignment and I just had one I March 2019 when I bought new tires. So now I have to wonder who changed for something they didn't do.

Quit adding on extensive services that are not needed.
You guys used to be really good about not jacking up services. The new guy must have worked for Chevy. He added on over $500 worth of unnecessary services and sent them to my text messages via some new program you have. I was very upset to see that. You guys used to be so respectful.

My car was fixed ‘Justin time’ once again!
I made the FOOLISH decision a week ago to get my oil changed from a business that mistreated my beloved Genesis. Within days, a leak was discovered on my driveway and under my car. I brought my car to Wesley Chapel Hyundai, and Service technician Justin went right to work. It was quickly discovered that my Genesis suffered a crack in the Oil Filter Mount because the negligent company over-tightened the replacement oil filter! Justin was able to secure a new filter mount, and he was able to introduce fresh oil — all for LESS THAN THE PRICE of what I had paid for an oil change from the negligent company more than a week ago. THANK YOU ONCE MORE, JUSTIN! Justin possesses incredible attributes that make him a tremendous asset to Wesley Chapel Hyundai!

Losing faith
Always loved this place and the Hyundai family but things seem to be sliding over the last few years, not only in service but quality of the product and concern of the customer. I think I’ll be shopping around for a new family with my next vehicle.

Six-Time Winner
We have owned six Hyundais over the years, beginning with a 1999 Elantra. Currently, we have a Santa Fe and a Sonata. The most recent four rides were bought at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. Top grades to them and their associates. Waiting for the 2010's to maybe go shopping there again.
