I scheduled an oil change & additional work with the service. When I spoke to the rep upon arrival, I just needed a few of the items completed instead of the whole package. He was being transparent about what I needed & the cost. It made it easier for me to decide to add on a few more maintenance items they suggested, after they got into working on the car. I feel good about having the dealership work on my car, like I’m always in good hands!

Exceptional Service Center!
I ran into an issue with an oil pressure alert with my 2010 Sonata. I contacted Jakob at Eckert Service and let him know I was going to have the car towed to them to ensure no damage to the engine if it was a serious issue. Eckert reviewed my car the next day and let me know that the alert called out an oil pressure sensor (best case!). They ordered the part and replaced the sensor when it arrived. I already had another service appt scheduled for the next week to repair a broken rear door handle. I left the car and they replaced the door handle when the part arrived and had their paint specialist paint the new parts and take care of some additional touch-ups while he was there. I am very pleased with all of the work performed. The car still looks and rides great after 12 years and 152,000 miles. Thank you to Jakob, Billy and the rest of the Eckert Service Team!

The dealer did not find the problem!
I have a leaking in the windshield reservoir , however the dealer said that everything was ok. After days I have the same issue.

Accurate about service time!
I like that they were honest about how long it would take to get my car fixed. I can’t remember the lady’s name but the one that checks you out after— I LOVE her. She is so pleasant.

Quick Turnaround
My car started acting up on a Saturday. I was super worried about it as it the vehicle I use to get to work and take my son to all of his activities. I drove it there and they assured me that they would try there best to get to it. They were busy so I left it there and early Monday morning I had a response about the issue. I agreed to their quote for repair and by the tone I got off work it was ready! Whew! They saved me so much stress trying to make arrangements!

Tucson clutch issue
I brought a 2018 Tucson sport in June 2021. I immediately realized that it was not preforming properly such as, take off was slow and sluggish, shaking when waiting to move forward and in reverse. I contacted the sales person who sold me the SUV. He said, that's the way Tucson ran not convinced, I contacted the service department and talked to them about what I was experiencing. So they scheduled an appointment to check out the problem but found nothing. Meanwhile the problem wasn't getting better. So I called the service department again and complained that the problem was still there. They scheduled another appointment. It was then that they determined and diagnosed that I had double clutch problem. Made another appointment to have it fixed and now it's running better. Thanks to the technican who scanned and diagnosed the problem.
