I bought my Azura from McGrath because they are only 10-15 min. from my house.
It is very convienent for me since I am retired and it is a pleasure to speak to someone that understands

McGrath you don't know who you have working for you, Eddie is a diamond in the ruff, an a precious jewel who knows how to take care of your customers. He is honest, hard working, an completes the job, an I appreciate him an I would appreciate if you guys can promote Eddie or give him a big raise because if you loose Eddie then you have lost my business of 4 vehicles. "Connie" your Customer Service Representative is an excellent positive people person. If it wasn't for her I would have gone to the corporate office by now!
As I have stated before, you would have gotten five (5) stars if every employee is like "Connie." She has apologized for you, but I told her not to because she is accountable and responsible.
When my veh was in your care for a month, no body called me weekly to keep my appraised. I did not want/need to bother her because she gave me her direct phone number.
She called me as recent as today because my 2nd survey was a star. My first 1 was five stars now this is the third (3rd) and final 1 I'm going to do. If it is not repaired this third (3rd) I am going straight to your corporate office.

In addition, to the battery and starter you claim I need. I want/need my veh to be winter ready. As a matter of fact, get it in trade-in ready so I might consider a 2020. Afterall, I know you have inventory and I want/need to take advantage as a "seasoned" citizen.

My daughter has a 2011 Honda Pilot, I would like you to bring it up to date but I really do not know from my experiences so far!

I expect excellent service because I always get it.
When I need service I never think of any place else. The personnel is very helpful. They always explain everything, and make sure I understand.
While I wait for my car, if there is additional service that is necessary,. They promptly let me know.
The waiting areas are clean.

Descent experience, quicker service, reasonably safe lounge during Covid-19
Descent experience, as I've said. Much quicker service this time around compared to past experiences, as it should be even without Covid-19 fears. The Personnel were bright and friendly, enthusiastic even, made for a nice change of pace from the usual doom-and-gloom expressions on peoples faces. Reasonably safe and clean lounge area--in the early morning anyway--which was nice, especially during these Covid-19 days. The televisions should be maintained better, set to perfect picture that isn't stretched or distorted... each television set to different news or network programing to offer something for everyone to watch with moderatly raised but clear volume. The free Wi-Fi is nice, it made the wait and the broadcast news easier to stomach. Major complaints----Not related to vehicle service, or the kind and pleasant personal... the coffee machine had bugs in it, fruit-flies and Gnats, and the soda machines were priced for wealthy real-estate moguls. So, if you have to wait in the lounge area, do bring your own soda or coffee.
