My initial review about the tpms light staying on after taking my car to McGrath Hyundai was three stars. I was immediately contacted by Ed and was asked to bring my car back in. I took it back in and Ed made sure I was taken care of and the problem was resolved. I am satisfied with the service and McGrath Hyundai gets a five star rating. Thanks Ed!

Tire pressure monitor system problem
I went in for scheduled oil change and to see why the tire pressure monitor system light was on. I was told that I needed to drive my vehicle for the pressure to register in the system. I've been driving for a week with right amount of air in tire and the light is still on. I am now somewhat dissatisfied on the service I received. " The low pressure light is still on."

They are improving!
I had decided never to go back to McGrath for service since my last experience when they told me that the work was done, but they didn’t perform the work. In addition, the put things back together in a way that it drained my battery. On the following Monday I got a jump and took the car back. The service department reassemble the lights and my battery was now safe, but they did not address the recall head light issue.
I only went back to McGrath because the waiting time for an appointment was too long at other dealers. But I was pleasantly surprised by the service and professionalism of the service staff. The restored by faith in the McGrath service team.

You can’t go wrong with a Hyundai car. They go forever and have few problems. As well, the sales personnel at McGrath care about their customers and bend over backwards to address the needs of customers.

Better location
Had such a bad experience with Happy Hyundai, that I was skeptic about coming here. Since I arrived to the time I left, good customer service and the service was fast. Definitely, will be returning to this location. Thank you!

Bad service department
Service department is horrible. They have no customer service. They tell you they fix something on ur car when really they didn’t. When parts are delayed they don’t update you, they try to tell you everything is fine with your car even though it’s not. They don’t provide rentals or loaners even if your car is under warranty. They don’t answer or return phone calls

Lack of communication about status of service.
Inconvenience of not being able to get a rental or loaner for a two day repair. Not been told that it was going to take that long to repair the recall parts.

I had the pleasure of partnering with Connie on the update of my vehicle. In the beginning there was a lot of miscommunication and lack of communication. Connie went above and beyond to get answers that l needed while explaining that the phone lines aren’t directly connected to the dealership and was apologetic about the communication. David was a big help as well and addressed some of my concerns to to best of his ability. Always a warm welcome by Ed and Christine when I’m in for service. I just hope the service completed this time get me to what’s needed for the next steps with my vehicle. Thanks guys for hearing my frustration and taking care of me.

Great customer service
Eddy is so easy to do business with. He is personable, and customer focused, It was quite busy that day and Eddy made sure I was informed of progress and wait time. I also appreciated the complimentary visual multi-point inspection. That was an added plus and allowed me to see what work needs to be done at a later time. Great job!

This was a repair of a flat tire. I drove to the shop with no appointment. I explained what I needed. They informed me it may take awhile.
However the wait was not that long.
