The College Park Hyundai Service Department need to improve the system in the management of customer's wait time and update of service process. Overall, the waiting time in the lounge is too long.

Prompt, friendly, courteous service staff.
The appointment was scheduled in advance. I was seen at the appropriate time and service began. In was kept in the loop as service prohressed. Completion of service was timely and the service representative explained what to expect ahead.

Excellent Service!
Everything at this center went great from the technician to the service manager. The only downside were the older lady and younger gentleman who just let me stand there for 4min before even acknowledging me and letting me know they would be with me shortly. Very rude. Thankfully the Technician, Quinton and the Service manager made up for their rudeness. Definitely recommend them if you bypass those to at the front booth.

Made very comfortable by everyone there.
Great service from the time you walk in to the end of service. Everything that was done was explained both before and after the work was done.
