I always love coming to Mike White Ford for any service. I always feel welcomed as soon as I arrive. Details about my service are always explained thoroughly and I know if I have any additional questions they get answered right away. I'd like to specially thank not only Cole Patterson, but everyone in the service drive. I'm extremely impressed by the amazing customer service. Both young service reps were so friendly.
Greeted me with smile very friendly. Had my information and I was on my way to waiting room. Had my oil changed,rotated tires,put in new filters and gave me my Hipo ticket and I was off. Waiting room very clean. I have always been treated so well their.

Scheduled service on time. When service completed they acknowledged they forgot to inflate the rotated tires to the requested amount.

My service greeter was great. But service writer, Cole , was sarcastic and uninformed of service they were to provide. I waited a month for a “the works” service and have a full warranty on my Platinum 2020 Explorer. I asked if any of the electronics(gas mileage trip) would be checked and he told me I would have to make another appt. and it would be another month! I will do that, only because I am stuck with them and they did mess with the part that has to do with if you get too close to line even in changing lanes the steering veers away(tires). That was turned off at a previous visit at our request and now it is back on! There is more but I will wait and talk to someone in charge. I co-owned and worked in Diesel repair, SERVICE and parts for 22 years so I am knowledgeable and know that humor also goes a long way. Mike White Ford certainly does not go that extra mile.

After an oil change, i needed a few pointers on a couple of the high tech features on our still new to us Explorer purchased a few months ago. They were more than happy to help demonstrate how to set things up. Always friendly staff!

Exemplary Service!
Gary Bower was so awesome and friendly when I purchased my used car. I got the best car for for the best price for me. The whole team made it the best car purchase experience I have ever had.
Had my LOF done today free of charge and it was done under one hour while I enjoyed coffee in the showroom.
