My service technician Sean.
Sean and the service mechanic did the repairs I requested and the ones they recommended without hesitation. I did not feel over charged for the work and they did not recommended any unnecessary repairs. I trust Sean's judgement and the mechanic who works with him.

Just purchased a used Hyundai
Purchased the car from Priority Nissan. Car had many problems but they sold it anyway as a certified used car. Brought it into Pohanka Hyundai and Courtney in the service center help me understand what was going on with my car and repaired the things that should have been addressed with through the state inspection. I was upset and felt terrible because of my purchase. Courtney helped me get a game plan for my car. I'm thankful for the level of customer service I received. She should train those folk at Priority Nissan Tyson's.

Great service, Sean Tolton assistance was awesome. I had a important meeting in Baltimore and on my way from Southern Maryland my car stated to sputter as I was nearing 495, I made it to Pohanka and Sean arranged for a ride to pick up a rental car and I was able to make the meeting on time. My car was fixed and I picked it up on my return home that afternoon.

Short Wait For Service
I just needed to have a cover replaced on the passenger side floor of my vehicle. It covered the metal track for the seat (when the seat would slide back or forward). Sean called me when the part was in. I was probably there for 30 minutes or less. Then Sean went out to my car with me to try to help me with installing my gps. However, I didn't have an updated phone, so he told me what to do and how to get to MyHyundai.com and what to do afterwards. He was very helpful and smiled all the time. I felt that he was really glad to help me.

I have been going to Pohanka for many years and have always been given great service. Everything is always explained to me and I'm usually out in the time quoted to me. The employess have been friendly and professional. I have never taken my cars to anyone else. Thanks

Very comfortable positive surroundings
