My car is still not fixed, two days later my check engine light is on again and I was told to bring it back on this coming Monday for service. Before you all kept my car for nine days to repair the ECS.

Pohanka - Above the average company
Pohanka dealership & service is definitely above the average. Our sales person, Al Brooks, was straight forward & informative. Our service rep, Sean Tolson, listens well & attends to our needs rather they are the usual oil changes or the technical repairs/changes.

Close and convenient to home
Service could be a tad faster. I saw my car sitting outside for at least 30 minutes before they said it was done. Not quite sure if was my vehicle. Not enough qualified mechanics to help with needs or request I have whenever I’m there. Even with previous vehicle.

My Service Tech Sean was great explained everything needed for my car, checked for all recalls, and listened to my concerns. The Mechanic that worked on my car, is one that has worked on my car for all service repairs, and I have not had any complaints. I'm satisfied with my service and have been satisfied with my service thus far.

Outrageous charges even for a dealership
Charges were exorbitant. Some services were perhaps unnecessary or ridiculously overpriced. Minimal interest in customer satisfaction. Maximum concern with service department profit.
