I believe that the mechanic should also take care to discuss the levels of the fluids in the car and make recommendations or add the needed fluids to the vehicle.

This was my first encounter since purchasing in Dec. 2016 and Will, the agent I was referred to was pleasant and helpful. The waiting area is nice, however the agent arranged a shuttle.

Good Service but could use some work on customer loyalty
Service was great but my service representative would not honor a competing Hyundai coupon. I will use the services at the Bowie location from now on because they provide great sales/promotions for loyal customers.
