Service saves Murdock Hyundai.
I have had my issues with Murdock Hyundai. There are some departments that I absolutely believe are shady but the mechanical service department wins me back. They consistently provide good service. Perhaps a little slow but I believe they sincerely try and help their customers.

I had made an appointment and my car was done in a very timely manner. Staff was all very pleasant and they didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't need.

Quick service, friendly staff
They finished the recall work quicker than expected. Parts needed to be ordered for other fixes that are under warranty. I appreciate their willingness to provide an Uber for me to and from work while they fixed my transportation! Great job Cael and everyone else.

Excellent service overall.
I have been satisfied with my experience at Hyundai. They had the vehicle we wanted and the staff has always been professional. I would appreciate a slightly more polished staff experience such as more communication during service visits, but can only speak to a small number of visits and staff members. Overall I have been satisfied and happy at this dealer and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Friendliness and honesty!!
Always pleasant to work with and honest with service needs and answers to questions. Techs are friendly and make the visit manageable and the waiting environment is nice also!!

Wait time for oil change too long. 1 hr 15 mins, unacceptable. They did get me out in 45 mins.... I sense they could feel my displeasure in the long wait.
