I bought this car for the service I receive.
The service department is dependable, friendly and client oriented. Since I bought the first Hyundai i bought the three subsequent in s because of the service and the service department. Sorry I fell asleep in the waiting area. :)

Could be better
They need to bring back reservations for oil changes. Oil changes take 1-2 hours or more. They should ask if you want a car wash. They do a bad job and often mess up my already clean car. It also adds to the time you wait.

Wait time is sometimes a little long.
Wait for service does take some time but it is always worth the trip. Great ppl that work there and friendly! They wash my car, fix my car, updating me on my car, just a great place to get service!! Luke is awesome! Super nice! I can see him being manager one day.

Oil cap not replaced after oil change
This led to needing two follow-up visits to clean the oil off the engine, engine compartment, and undercarriage (splash guard). After the first follow-up visit, there was still oil pooled on the undercarriage. Only some areas of the engine were wiped clean, but many areas in the engine compartment still had oil spots and oil/dust that were not wiped clean. Even after the second visit, which finally resulted in a clean undercarriage, there was still oil on the car hood and several other areas that I wiped off in front of service personnel. Definitely was not a good experience and the recovery execution was poor.

I took my car in for an oil change and found that I had a couple of recalls that needed to be fixed. In addition, the service agent checked the air filters and we discovered that they also needed to be replaced. I appreciated the attention to detail given by the service agent.
