Great company, service needs improvement
Lots of room for improvement. Time took twice as long as quoted. I responded to their text saying to respond if anything is needed, I asked for a car wash. It was never acknowledged and the car was not washed. The service writer never delivered my car, or told me where to find it. He had the receptionist hand me the keys and paper. Very disappointing. I love Murdock Hyundai, their sales are great, their staff is wonderful. Their service department has really let me down the last few times, which is disappointing because I love the company.

Worst Hyundai service center ever
They didn't do the list of things I asked them to, they were trying to charge $750 in labor costs for 30 minutes of work, and they kept my car for an entire day without notifying me of what was wrong so I was out a vehicle for a full day for no reason. The last time I brought my car was for a tire replacement and they took over 90 minutes to get this done. 90 minutes to change one tire.

It was nice. There was tv and all the pop you can drink and popcorn. It was a better experience than past experiences. Although I waited 3 hours, but I did have few things done, it didn’t ruin my experience.

Great Service
Murdock always has great service while they work on your vehicle, I highly recommend purchasing here and servicing you cars here as well. We have had our car for 1 year and have gone in a few times for oil changes and love how fast efficient and kind they are.

Awesome service!!!
They ALWAYS get my car right in for service when it’s due, which happens to be every 3 weeks or so (I drive a TON for work). I appreciate the fast, professional manner with which they take care of business, it’s absolutely necessary in this fast paced world. Plus, they have a fantastic service team!

Excellent service
They send emails letting you know that a service date is approaching and to make an appointment. If I have any Questions I can call my salesman Josh Roberts and he helps me resets electronics or settings whenever I forget how I accidentally shut them off. We have become great friends. Everyone in the service department is very friendly and helpful. We love our (Sonata Hybrid) car. Dick S.

Fantastic Customer Care
I went in to take care of a few recalls that I expected to take an hour tops. When it was discovered that there were a few additional items that needed to be addressed, the service technician gave me the option to come back at a future time or if it would be more convenient to arrange for a courtesy trip back to my home. Choice is a hallmark of good service.
