Beware of the Up-sell.
Great cars, great people, attentive service. But I have yet to step into a dealership that I can trust that those additional things "your really need to fix" are real or not. I have yet for my 'life-time free oil changes' to actually be free!! Nice people, but did I REALLY need that allignment? Hmmm.

Took too long
An oil change took over two hours to complete with no explanation as to why. This is a little ridiculous considering that it can be completed at home in less than an hour.

Quick!
I had to wait awhile to talk to someone when I first pulled in, but because I had to wait they threw in a free tire rotation! Also, they told me it would take them about an hour and 45 min., and it only took them and hour and 10 min. It was a great visit!

Great deal on a great car
Ben was great to work with. It felt like I was working with a friend instead of a salesman. I looked at all the cars in the same category and Hyundai definitely had the best deal by quality, cost, and warranty. Definitely will be doing business there again.

Service is good
Your sales people need some more training. I bought my car in 2017 and then brought my daughter in 2018 to buy a car. I was told that I could sign up for “ friends” and my and I would get $200. However I was also told that I could do it in a few days and we would still get the $200.. well the Hyundai refused to pay saying that we should have signed up before my daughter bought a car. Well , we did have 3+ hours while we were negotiating and could have done it right then. So I am out of $200 and your company will not compensate me. Your fault yet. Hope you can see why I an upset. As far recommendation, I would say yes because of your service so far

Invoice Pricing for service is Confusing and all over the place
I was talked into doing Fuel Injection and Throttle Body Service for 30,000 miles. While the service was completed, the price was confusing. Refer to invoice 6219364/1. The cost was more than quoted and the invoice pricing is all over the place. None of it makes any sense. For a $160 service I was charged $207.50 with a coupon bringing the price back down to $174.17. The invoice 1st page Quoted $160. The second page quoted $ a total of $110.33 for Labor and $73.00 for parts. I would suggest from now on giving the quote in writing before service is rendered.

Overall great experience but they were paid to fix a brake light and by the time I got home and was able to look at it it was not working.

RIght Service, Right Attitude, every time.
I know when I take my car into Murdock Hyundai Lindon everything is going to be taken care of. They have always treated me right and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
