The facility is very nice and comfortable. The technicians are friendly. Wish there was more communication. Appreciated the uber ride to pick up my car.

Service Team at Lindon - Brete'
Service visit was good! The wait for me was shorter that expected, but there were a couple of clients that obviously had to wait a lot longer than they were told. One person was visibly upset as she was not feeling well and had been told more than once that her vehicle was almost ready - her wait was almost three hours. The team was friendly and very busy. My only suggestion would be to keep conversation among employees and employees with some visitors on a business level - not personal conversation. There was one employees that stood and talked about family and "life" with a walk in couple for almost 20 minutes while standing in the waiting area. Maybe he was on lunch or done for the day, but my first thought was that he wasn't getting my car ready! I do understand, as a former customer service manager, that there is a fine line with connecting with a client to make them feel good about your company and just having a lengthy conversation... just manage the interactions and remember who can hear!!

Can’t complain
Services have always taken a bit longer than they say but it’s never a huge difference. 10-15 minutes longer usually. They’re kind and straight forward. They do a good job.

Tire pressure
Hyundai is great! My only complaint was when my car got serviced they put way too much air into my tires. My specific tires need around 30 psi and mine has around 48 psi. I was nervous of driving on such inflated tires. Other than that, I would 10/10 recommend.

Don’t know where I could expect better service.
Never have I experienced such great service, especially for a car purchase. We had some problems that took 3 service trips to the dealership, but frustration aside, I couldn’t get mad or angry. The service treatment made me know I mattered. Thanks

Oil changes are not lifetime.
They limit you to 3 oil changes per year apparently... They don't tell you that though, not until you come to get one. (Plus they tell you to have it changed every 3000 miles). Then they will demand you pay for it. Ridiculous! They say it's in the contract, probably on page 37, subsection D, paragraph 4, sentence 13.

Helpful Attitude
Everyone was very helpful, and I was so appreciative of the Uber Service available. I was however, a bit frustrated that the part I needed was not there and it forces me to make another 60 mile trip this next weekend to get the part installed.
